Soo nice and beautiful property with friendly receptionist (girl from Ukraine was so smart and helpful,she explained and showed easy ways to go to the castle and nice places nearby.Breakfast was good and tasty.So nice location,city center and Netto mini market under the hotel. Nice spa area,nice gym. Warm floor in bathroom👍👍 So nice balcony with a Mountain View!!! MacDonalds 1,2 km away

What an absolute gem of a find! We only had one night here and wished we could have stayed longer. Hotel was charming and had a great location. Each room is decorated differently, but have everything you need. Very clean and the staff was kind. Breakfast was fabulous! Highly recommend.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations, particularly the breakfast.

It is modern, beautiful include a nice cinema hotel, have not found big issues after kill an annoy mosquito.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the city center with parking available nearby. The room was warm, spacious, and had everything I needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable — a great place to stay.

The hotel room was very nice, clean and cozy, staff were friendly. The breakfast was very high-quality and tasty: a wide selection of sandwich toppings, plenty of fruit and desserts. Free bus tickets to Neuschwenstein Castle were a positive surprise.

We loved our stay. Our room was large and well decorated. The bathroom was modern and recently updated. The location is fantastic, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and attractions. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect, big room size, amazing breakfast and simpathy of the owner.

Everything was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was super and the restaurant for dinner was great. Also a very nice area to relax in the evening with couches next to the fire.

Style and beautiful decorations

This is my 2nd visit. First was in 2017 and it was fantastic then. 2nd even better because they’ve added on to their property a whole new 2nd bldg with a wellness spa(sauna, steam and pool). The views are also breathtaking from the hotel. Location is perfect.

Locations is beautiful, used materials are luxurious and breakfast is amazing.

Had a great one night stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the beds good. Had a great breakfast in the morning. One extra thing; I left my Tablet at the property and as I was on a motorcycle tour could not come back to retrieve. The staff were bery helpful in getting the Tablet back to me in the UK, they went out of their way to arrange and communicated well with me. Thank you.
