Soo nice and beautiful property with friendly receptionist (girl from Ukraine was so smart and helpful,she explained and showed easy ways to go to the castle and nice places nearby.Breakfast was good and tasty.So nice location,city center and Netto mini market under the hotel. Nice spa area,nice gym. Warm floor in bathroom👍👍 So nice balcony with a Mountain View!!! MacDonalds 1,2 km away

Everything it was excellent too. very nice big and Cosy , very clean and very central , great sauna to relax and great breakfast not to be missed , great parking garage

What a gem of a hotel! It wasn't busty so I imagine the high season would be different but we had an excellent visit. The breakfast was a very well done traditional German breakfast -- eggs to order, fresh produce, lovely pastries, yogurt, cereals, and beverages of choice. The rooms were just as pitcured and described. Very central and easy to access all the local actives. The staff was outstanding at answering questions. We were happy to wait our turn to check in because we were able to then make sure we had all our questions answered and additional important info provided -- even a free bus pass to use as you explore.

We had a great time, I was travelling with our two dogs. The people at the reception were super kind, the room is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I loved that the sauna is open until 10 pm and you can check out until 1pm. The surrounding was really ideal for us as well.

The property is perfectly located right in the center, making everything easily accessible on foot—restaurants, shops, and major attractions are just a short walk away. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very good location, almost in the city center. Parking was available in the hotel area. Local team was supportive and breakfast was excellent.
