The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfy. We loved the balcony view on one of the rooms, and the little detail of leaving us a chocolate!

This hotel is great. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. You can already have breakfast at 7:00 am which is great for people who want to visit the castles. The hotel is completely free of cigarette smoke. A parking area is available. There is free WiFi available. The entire hotel is very quiet. There was a desk in my room. I can really recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, cozy and spacious rooms with an amazing mattress, and a large bathroom. I especially appreciated the heated towel rack, which was perfect for drying wet clothes after snowy walks. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Highly recommend staying here!

Very beautiful and cozy hotel with exceptional staff. The breakfast was excellent, and we also had dinner at the hotel — the dishes were absolutely delicious! We stayed for only three nights, but our stay was so relaxing that it felt like a whole week. I’d also like to mention how kindly they welcomed our beloved cat — that was truly heartwarming.

The breakfast has few selections but everything, I meant everything, was of top quality and felt like from Home. Staff are kind and helpful! All the decoration are of pristine quality wood! It feels so wonderful.

It’s a really cosy and cute establishment that is well taken cared for, really neat and clean, comfortable and clean bed, very calm and cosy. You can see a kind heart is behind it.

I liked the view from my suite of schloss neuschwanstein which was seen from our balcony. The owner Annette was very welcoming ,provided a lot of local information and especially Sabine who made our stay very comfortable,and offered take away coffee for our road trip. The parking was very easily accessible and spacious and even after checkout they allowed us to keep our car in the parking

This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful location, right next to the castle. The breakfasts were very tasty and had a good selection. Our room was new, recently renovated, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious As a British solo traveller who doesn’t speak the language, I couldn’t have been made to feel more relaxed. I cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough!

The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and charming, perfectly matching the spirit of Füssen. The restaurant was quite luxurious, offering flavors you’ll never regret trying. I especially want to thank Medi. You can reach the Neuschwanstein Castle area in 10-15 minutes.

Good location, parking nearby, we booked 3-persons room and received a magnificent suite, very good value for money indeed (the hotel was full at the end). Luxurious place, run very well. Spacious rooms. Very pleasant breakfast room with a nice lady serving there. Very good quality/price report. Public parking (with hotel entry) underground “next door” for 14€. Walking distance from the centre. The area not at all of ‘train station nearby’ style, calm and clean.
