The big room we were in was very clean and had a great mountain and lake view.

I spent 4 nights with my family in the Chalet and it was amazing. The accommodation also includes a large garden with a natural swimming pool, grill and fireplace. Every morning during my morning "swim" I was captivated by the view of the Tyrolean mountains. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the homemade honey. The interior of the chalet was perfect (clean and cozy). I highly recommend.

I loved my stay there! It was the best decision to stay close to Neuschwanstein castle. From the hotel you can walk there through the valley, admiring the stunning views. The hotel feels cosy, it’s comfortable, well located and breakfast buffet was excellent! Thank you!

A lovely hotel in a very scenic area. Free car park. The food was excellent, as well as the staff and facilities. We had a furnished balcony.

It makes the holiday even better for us and I look forward to a return. Starting the morning off with a run around the lake or into the woods is perfect before breakfast.

My entire stay was marvelous. I enjoyed a delicious dinner and a huge, marvelous breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The room was quite spacious and beautifully furnished. Also the small wellness area was very nice. Last but not least, the entire staff was very helpfull and gorgeous.

The staff were friendly, room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was coffee and tea available for free. Parking was right at the entrance. The bathroom was new and clean, it had warm water. We felt welcome.

Very comfy room, loved the balcony, very close to the castles, we appreciated the free bus pass!
