Loved this hotel, great views and sauna area. Only a short walk down to the slopes

Location just next to the ski slope, to the children's ski slope, ski rental and shop, and a billa supermarket. Perfect if you do not have a car and are with a small child. five minutes from the station with a taxi. Fantastic breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Decoration. Price. View to the ski slope. In sum, all perfect, we went there for the second time, and we were equally happy as we were the first time!

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, the owner is an excellent host, helpful. The house is easily accessible, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes by car and on foot.

Very good breakfast, the staff also friendly, romantic place, no problem to accommodate with a middle-sized dog,

The lady at the reception was so kind and helpful, and made sure that our stay was comfortable. The room had all the equipment and cutlery that we needed, and also had plenty of space. We could not have asked for a better service!

Superb location and very friendly helpful host. We had a good snowtime here, ski lift just walking distance away. Room is super clean woth semmering snowyountain view balcony. Super Highly recommended!!

Very spacious and comfortable appartment. Very quiet, even though in a central position. Nice bar downstairs and very accomodating hosts. Definitely worth visiting.

The apartment was extremely comfortable. Newly furnished, with all the necessary appliances and equipped enough for a vacation. The beds are comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and the w-fi is stable. We were greeted by a heated apartment. The location is excellent. In a quiet place, and in the very center, close to the illuminated parking lot, Billa and the gondola. The host is available but unobtrusive, I really appreciate that. We will come again.

It was all very convenient and the location is excellent. The host was very accomodating and would help in whatever he could, and it was an enjoyable stay all round.

The location was excellent for hiking practically from your doorstep. The host Andrea made our stay as comfortable as only possible. We loved a relaxed atmosphere of the place, a separate entrance from the side street, a balcony with incredible views overlooking the mountains. Most importantly, dogs are very welcome in this house.

Huge spaces, high-quality furniture, high-quality bathroom

The apartment was great and only a 5 minute walk down to the ski slopes and the bakery and restaurants nearby were delicious. The apartment was clean and cozy and the owners were helpful and communicated great. They also let us store our luggage to pick up in the afternoon so we could enjoy the day skiing. I will certainly come back again when I visit Semmering

We have been here a couple of times before, and we would like to come again. The house is meticulously clean, large and comfortable, with all the equipment one may imagine.
