On my arrival to VIE airport around 9:30pm i called the hotel to advise them i have arrived and coming. Nobody answered my call. At that time at night, alone at the airport I did not have other choice than go the another hotel. I duly advised them about my late arrival when i did my reservation. I believe such hotel management style is not acceptable. What is more that I learned today that the hotel considered my case as "no-show", and charged my credit card for full price. I require immediate refunding of the charges. I also accuse booking.com management for not facilitating the resolution of this conflict. I can promise that I will never use this hotel again. Also if my money is not refunded to my credit card soon, I will not use again booking.com services either because this way of doing business is not correct. Thanks God, there is good competition.

Untold charge for breakfast kept silent until after breakfast and collected by hallway ambush! Uber didn't want to collect us because they said it was too close to the airport and the drivers don't make enough to make the trip worth it.

Good location in quiet town not far from Schwechat airport. Train station in walking distance: Vienna downtown is 30min. by train. Clean facilities reasonably well equipped. WIFI works erratically and there is no elevator.
