I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness, making me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations—I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent breakfast with a good variety of options. Highly recommend the food in the restaurant for dinner as well, excellent quality meals for a reasonable price. Place was spotless clean. All staff members were very kind.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is super close to the central station and tram stops, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a shortcut to the central station right behind the hotel. Handy tip: the central station has an Inter Spar that's open on Sundays when everything else is shut. The Belvedere Palace is just a short walk away and boasts an impressive art collection. Our room came with a bathtub which was amazing for relaxing after a long day of exploring. It was sparkling clean, comfortable, and everything was well thought out. The bathtub was also spotless and looked brand new. The toiletries smelled great too. Being able to order room service for a late-night meal when everything else was closed was super convenient. The staff were all incredibly nice and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, the cleaning lady made cute little towel art, and the reception recommended an authentic Austrian restaurant nearby. At checkout, we even got a 50% discount on breakfast. Plus, the reception is staffed 24/7, so checking out early in the morning was no hassle. On Sunday, breakfast was available until 13:00, which was perfect for a slow day.

The breakfast was magical, the best I've ever had. We also had the best sleep here during our whole holidays.

The location is excellent. This Hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor, which clearly creates the comfort that no matter what time you arrive at this hotel, you don’t have to go far to get something to eat. Secondly, it’s convenient, close to the train station. And whoever wants to buy something, the shopping center is 10 meters away.

The room was very big with a lot of natural light and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Dilek at the reception is fantastic!!! Very friendly, helpful and charming girl! Lady who clean the rooms is also very smiling and friendly. The area is quite with the tram stop front of the hotel, just 15 min walking distance from the metro. and a lot of small cafes and restaurants with a great cheap Turkish food, which were open even at the late evening time. All was perfect! I recommend!

Perfect location. U-bahn is just a short walking distance from which you can reach the City Center in 12 minutes, even though there are 10 stations. Facilities in the room are quite enough for relaxation after a hard working day. Breakfast is that reach but everybody can find an appropriate food satisfying his/her requirements. I will stay here again!

Excellent location, brilliant bus/ tram services right out the front of the hotel,plus right next to the wig, a huge park with Excellent things for the whole family. Opened in 1974? I went as a child in 76 😁

We used last minute booking. I was surprised how polite is the receptionist and he very quickly managed our documents. There is a parking below the building and metro is very close to the hotel.
