Best place to stay if you must catch an early flight. You can walk from the hotel to the terminal in 5min. The rooms are nice with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. We got some free breakfast at 4am which came Handy in, and also our room was upgraded for free.

Lots of things. Staff were very friendly, rooms were good size and well equipped with teas, coffees and complementary biscuits. Facilities such as the sauna and swimming pool was class. Good location in Vienna too, it’s like a 15 minute uber ride away from anything you’d want to go see. Mini fridge is actually reasonably priced too.

Everything was excellent! The staff was so kind! Just 15 minutes from the airport, and the metro station was a few meters from the hotel! The room was full of light, with great aesthetic! Downstairs there’s a super Italian restaurant! Totally recommend it!

Staff is very welcome. I’ve booked room for 2 adults as didn’t have exact plans in advance to my trip. After all we travelled 2 adults and one 4 yo kid. That was not a problem to make any updated for the reservation as we come with kid. I wasn’t even extra charged. This is so kids friendly and kept me relaxed. Thank you, Mooons! In addition my kid was in love with room as he imagined we’re in a spaceship because of that kind of window )))

Hotel is nice. It is very warm. Beds are comfortable. There is no place to cook, and probably a little bit noisy. The room was very clean.

Excellent location, brilliant bus/ tram services right out the front of the hotel,plus right next to the wig, a huge park with Excellent things for the whole family. Opened in 1974? I went as a child in 76 😁

Very good position 7 min from U3 who goes straight to the city center. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner. Clean and quiet room. Good facilities for kids also.

This Hotel is located right outside Zipperstrabe metro station which makes it very convenient for commuting in Vienna. We were there for NYE25 and we really liked the amenities and Hotel staff. They have cloak room facilities and very supportive to store your luggage even before your check-in date.

Stayed only for one night for Racino Rocks so I can't really leave a full review, but from what we've seen everything is as described, clean, and the staff are friendly.
