Friendly staff and clean accommodation It was an accommodation with all the conditions sufficient to have a comfortable sleep. There was a problem with the place I originally booked, so I upgraded my accommodation, but I had no inconvenience traveling with the excellent response of the staff.

We arrived before check-in time and they prepared our room quickly. Everything was very nice. Thanks.

The location of the hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, but the hotel is next to the river, which makes for a nice walk around the area. The hotel breakfast is excellent. I was pleased with the fresh fruit and the variety of options.

The room was tidy and comfortable. My daughter really loved the place and didn't want to leave when we had to check out. We will definately book this place anytime we are in Vienna

I particularly appreciated its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle bus, which made transportation very convenient. The room was comfortable, quiet, and pleasantly dark, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the hotel.

The receptionist offered me a room upgrade at no cost. The room was specious and clean. It was my second stay at the hotel.

Stayed only for one night for Racino Rocks so I can't really leave a full review, but from what we've seen everything is as described, clean, and the staff are friendly.
