had everything you needed! so cute and small, such a cosy place with cute little fairy lights and decor. really comfy bed that had a tv with netflix. lovely hot shower with everything you needed (towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc). fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, bowls, cutlery salt n pepper etc. there is also a washer and drier which was SO useful! adrian was lovely and so responsive! we booked very last minute and everything was easy and smooth :) we got an amazing deal, so glad we could treat ourselves on this cold windy night (the rooftop tent was a no-go!). 10/10 would deffo stay again - thankyou!⭐️🧡

Wonderful location for exploring the blue mountains. Staff were incredible - so helpful, so friendly and kind. Room was very spacious. Food at restaurants was good. Pool and gym had everything you could need! Breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve seen. Loved the Fairmont ducks for children. Highly recommend!

The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They made us feel so welcome and even helped us out a lot when waiting for our luggage to arrive. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful! It was very spacious, with comfy beds in each room and we had everything we needed. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
