Very comfortable and clean room. The floor-to-ceiling window is a definitive plus! I had a room with harbour View, which was also inspiring to behold every morning.

Nice, moderen hotel with a wide selction of food at the breakfast Room was spacious, clean and moderen. We even enjoyed a pretty big pool.

Excellent location minutes from Chinatown and key shopping areas. Wonderful staff who allowed me check in early after an overnight flight. Very comfortable large bed. Plenty of lifts. Nice bar. Stored luggage after check out.

New and fresh apartment hotel in the middle of Southbank. Nice swimming pool and fitness center as well. Restaurants and supermarket close by, and convenient parking. If you're going to Melbourne, look no further, this is the place to stay!

the location is pretty good about a 10 minute walk to major shops. the room is gorgeous. we had a beautiful view of the CBD. its a quick train ride right downtown melbourne.

Location was great. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable also liked that there was a coffee machine in the apartment.

The location was perfect, apartment was clean and had beautiful views of the city, was light and open and couch bed was easy to use and comfy.

The location of the apartment is great, it has great views of the city, it's very convenient as there's shops near by and transport is easy to get. The kitchen was adequately equipped, all of the appliances worked correctly, the apartment was spacious and nice. We had a great experience staying there overall would definitely book again.

The property was well presented, clean and homely. Parking was very convenient. There were little touches that made it s feel very comfortable. The work station was fantastic and the wifi worked well. The location is first rate with shopping within walking distance along with all the food choices close at hand. We couldn’t rate our stay any higher. Nat and Matt our hosts were so genuinely happy to have us in their property and made us feel welcomed and safe.

The size and layout of the apartment was spectacular, and the location was equally impressive. We’ll definitely be back again.
