A new complex. Very clean and modern. The people behind the servicedesk are very friendly and easy going. I will really miss some of them: especially one😊 I extended my stay two times and stayed in different apartments. All was very good.

Exceptional Stay at Park Hyatt Melbourne
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Melbourne, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a warm, friendly welcome and outstanding service that continued throughout our stay.
Our room was notably spacious, providing us with ample space to unwind and relax after our daily adventures in Melbourne. The elegant design and comfortable furnishings further contributed to a serene and homely atmosphere that truly set the stage for a memorable stay.
We were particularly impressed by the excellence of the room service, which consistently delivered super services. The staff demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and kindness, always attending to our needs with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
A special mention must be made about the chief concierge, whose recommendations greatly enhanced our experience in Melbourne. His insightful advice allowed us to discover local gems and experiences we might have otherwise overlooked. Of particular note was his recommendation to try the Morton Bay Bugs - a delightful culinary discovery that stands out as a highlight of our gastronomic adventures in the city.
In conclusion, our stay at Park Hyatt Melbourne exceeded our expectations in every way. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team at the hotel for making our stay such a pleasant one. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Staff: From day one to the last minute, the staff were super friendly, professional, and available when we wanted them.
Location: i couldn't ask for a better one.
Cleanliness: The place smells amazing from the reception up to the unit. The daily cleaning service was one of the things i chose to stay here for, and it didn't disappoint us.
Facilities: gym, jacuzzi, steam room were all great, and i really enjoyed them.
The premium 2 bedrooms unit was well organised, spacious, had a wonderful fully equipped closed kitchen, and a great balcony that is overlooking the yarra river with comfy outdoor chairs. Having a dedicated laundry room was one of the best things here.
Overall, staying in this place made our trip to Melbourne a better one, and if i visit Melbourne again, i would stay here without thinking twice.

We did not book breakfast with our stay since my Mum is a minimalist at breakfasts. I especially liked its location ; Collins St. has been part of my growing-up years when I used to visit my Mum before she transferred to Gold Coast. So many memories relived. Truly a wonderful place to stay in!
