We did not book breakfast with our stay since my Mum is a minimalist at breakfasts. I especially liked its location ; Collins St. has been part of my growing-up years when I used to visit my Mum before she transferred to Gold Coast. So many memories relived. Truly a wonderful place to stay in!

We appreciate every aspect of our stay in this hotel. The location was absolutely the best for us - central, yet very quiet and well surrounded. The room- nice, clean, spacious and comfortable; the girl at the reception read our mind about our needs for the room features. Great gym, spa& swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff at the breakfast room- they take into account your preferences when choosing the table for breakfast, which is very nice and not so common.
And last but not the least, a real gem of this hotel- Nigel, the concierge, an absolutely right person on a right place; so welcoming, so friendly, so committed to taking care of guests- he made our stay in Melbourne and it was absolutely amazing ! One of our best hotel experiences ever !
