Staff were friendly. We managed to check in early, too, as the room was available. Just keep in mind that the laundry was behind a door beside the main door and it's not labeled. So you'd have to find it on your own.

We did not book breakfast with our stay since my Mum is a minimalist at breakfasts. I especially liked its location ; Collins St. has been part of my growing-up years when I used to visit my Mum before she transferred to Gold Coast. So many memories relived. Truly a wonderful place to stay in!
