The front desk staff is excellent (sorry that I did not catch his name, Asian male)who introduced all stuff in detail and gave us warm welcome.
The breakfast is good and not even mention the snack bar running pretty late which allow you to grab something when you are a lit bit hungry

We did not book breakfast with our stay since my Mum is a minimalist at breakfasts. I especially liked its location ; Collins St. has been part of my growing-up years when I used to visit my Mum before she transferred to Gold Coast. So many memories relived. Truly a wonderful place to stay in!
