Excellent hotel and we really enjoyed the stay. The hotel reception was brilliant and the entire staff was very cordial and helpful. The location is awesome with trams to the city every 5 mins. The morning breakfast was nice and great value for money. We will surely be back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne. Loved it.

Did not eat at the hotel. But the staff was extremely courteous. Princess was absolute gem and helped out on many little requests. The house keeping staff is excellent and loved their attention to detail. Except for one day, which was really shabby house keeping.
