The service was exceptional, even before the trip with the pre-check-in. The staff were also very welcoming, and the manager, Carol, was very cordial with us both at check-in and check-out. They helped us with everything we needed the whole time. The pool, sauna, and gym area is excellent. And the location is very close to the city center, making it very easy to catch the tram and get around. I really enjoyed it.

did run around in circles a bit. could be more clear to just enter front door and walk past lobby to key entry. was by luck we got in the front door as someone walked out and we found the key box.
