I liked the room and especially exceptionally friendly staff who looked after me really well, very attentive and caring service

Awesome service with very nice room. Location is also superb. There was laundry room and gym. Very useful. Pics show upgraded room.

Mother had broken her leg whilst on holiday away and required a wheelchair to use for our stay, staff gave us the perfect room for space and also allowed us to use their wheelchair on the premise. They were very helpful and kind and helped us with all of our luggage.

Clean and spacious apartment. Good location. Easy to tram to city.

Well..loved the first room we got and even when we went back ..the room.. the room service..was excellent..but what brought us back was the food..quite the most delicious food I have ever eaten in a hotel! And the presentation of same was a delight..thank you!

Breakfast super and nice room

Excellent breakfast, manymeals, however the hotel did not offer fresh vegetable (e.g. potatoes, paprika,...)

I always stay there, for many reasons, it certainly is so conveniently situated!

The staff made me feel like royalty when I interact with them. They actually went out of their way to help and always get back to me if they couldn't help me the first time. Absolutely amazing stay.

Location, comfort, friendly staff.

No biscuits disappointing as we do enjoy a cup of tea with biscuits. The beds are very tired and need to be replaced, when you sit on them especially the single bed caution needs to taken so to not fall on the floor, which is a shame!

I especially liked the self catering kitchen area and the lounge area. And the heritage old charm atmosphere

Very clean, central location, friendly stuff, really hot shower, warm room, nice city view, fast free wifi. I had a really good rest!

Excellent location, good bed and kitchen was well equipped. The staff was excellent

staff were smiley, and rooms were clean and adequately equipped. I love it that we could access our clothes from both the room and the bathroom.

The location was a joy overlooking Victoria Square on the 11th floor with large picture windows to enjoy the activities below . Easy access by lift. Quiet building with easy access to cafes, transport and Central market. The apartment was spacious , clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The hostess was exceptional in that she was super friendly and helpful . The welcome platter of cold collation cheeses and cold cuts and a nice bottle of wine was most appreciated.

Spacious brand new flat, extremely well equipped and very central. The parking space in the building for no extra charge is very appreciable.

Location was excellent. Everything was just a walk away. The room was clean and spacious.
