The hotel room was spacious, bright & modern. One of the best hotel rooms we've stayed in. Breakfast was exceptional and unexpected. We found the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Honestly couldn't fault anything.

Outstanding hotel. Lovely modern, stylish room. Nice calm atmosphere. It was fully booked but never felt busy. Beautiful location by the river and views across to the city. Easy walking distance to the city centre and up to north Adelaide for some excellent restaurants.

The beds were very comfortable. The living area was lovely. The outdoor area was pleasant and private. The AC worked well, keeping the indoors warm on those cold nights. The kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery and good appliances. It was very convenient to have a great pub across the road. A short and pleasant walk to the CBD, including Art Gallery, Museum, shopping area and restaurants. Our car (7 seater) didn't fit in the garage but cheap ($12 per day) parking areas were close by. Relatively quiet street.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and very well fitted out.
It was close enough to everything we wanted it to be but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre.
The Cafe and IGA either side of the Building Lobby were a bonus.
My contact and communitcations with John at KinsCoin was easy, polite and informative.
I will be looking to book the same apartment when i am next in Adelaide.
