This was a near perfect hotel experience. From letting us keep our bags there whilst we flew to Alice Springs for 3 days to the seamlessness of just actually staying there, it was all excellent. The location is great for both the city and the river. We had a river view room and the view over the Oval, Festival theatre and the river was stunning. I didn't book a room with a balcony as we find we don't use them, but this time I wished that I had done. The bed was comfortable, there were complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine for my birthday arranged by the wonderful concierge, Lavinia. I loved the iPad to control the room and anything else that you needed for your stay. The staff were good without being too obsequious; when the remote broke, we had a new one within 30 mins and a sorry for putting us through that! The casino was huge but didn't impact on our stay, and the bar and restaurant were fab! The mixologist made me the best Cosmopolitan even though it wasn't on the menu. This was also the first hotel to have both a rubbish bin and a recycling bin.

It was my first time staying here. The view from rood was really amazing. We also had drinks at bespoke' restaurant located in the hotel'. There are spaces you can look around over Adelaide oval studium. Service was good too.

All the little thoughtful touches. The extra milk, the real size, quality toiletries and hand soaps etc. Plenty of linen, extra throws and cushions, candela etc etc... SO much more. I cannot recommend this place enough. Communication was quick and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. Honestly I would stay again in a heartbeat!
