When we entered the room, we were greeted with a wonderful view of the parklands and cathedral. The tv was on with a personalised welcome message, and the room smelt fresh and clean; The provided tablet was also personalised, which was also a pleasant surprise.
The room provides plenty of opportunity to just close the door when you arrive and then stay in your own little bubble if you so wish. The digital setup allows you to make contact with room service without the need to call and speak to someone and the television has a chromecast attached so you can use your phone to connect to your own streaming services.
The rooms are reasonably soundproof, we heard no voices/sounds for the neighbour rooms but we did hear every time our neighbour stomped back and forth in their room.
The food was satisfyingly tasty and arrived in the room hot.

Adelaide is a great place for relaxation and exploration of...
Adelaide is a great place for relaxation and exploration of nature. The city is very chill. The July winter weather is very refreshing and we loved the fresh air, blue sky, warm sun during the day. Public transport is convenient - even to towns. Definitely recommend taking the advantage of their free bus services as they can get you to most of the landmarks with in the CBD. However, I would recommend to get a rental car if you want to visit farms and vineyards. The Adelaide Central market has so many stores and it is definitely a MUST VISIT spot - lots of food options, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Sunset by the beach (we went to Glenelg) was beautiful too. There are different beaches but we only visited one.
Atura is adjacent to Adelaide Airport and thus convenient for arriving and departing travellers. It is not cheap, but its access to the airport makes it worthwhile for intending and arriving travellers. The hotel is well managed and staff are efficient and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and extremely comfortable, and quiet at night. Wifi access is excellent. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes, including catering for special diets. The cleanliness is exceptional.
Steps from the beach, a short walk to Jetty Road and all its restaurants and shops and tram, right on the main bus line. It is very easy to get into town from here. This property is more apartments than hotel rooms which is great for a longer stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. This was our second stay in less than a year. The Oak Glenelg Liberty Suites is the only place we will stay!
Excellent location in the heart of Adelaide CBD. Walking distance to many sights, eating, and shopping facilities. Good transport connections. Although the building is dated, and the hotel not lavishly decorated, the room is clean and very spacious, with a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. WiFi is fast. On the whole, good value for money.
Convenient location with easy access to all of Adelaide CBD, public transport, cafe's, restaurants and pubs. The Property was more than comfortable and well maintained. No need to use your motor vehicle with trams to Glenelg and buses to Hahndorf readily available via the free City bus link service. Too easy !!
ease of check in/out. Facilities in the Hotel and the surrounding area. Close proximity to food, shopping and the CBD without being in the heart of Adelaide.
