Friendly staff and the check in/out was a breeze. The bedroom and bathroom was spacious and we have good view of the city. We were lucky to get a room at high level, so, it was pretty quiet in the night. The water pressure was great and AC was comfortable. There were daily room service and there was not a single day we need to ask the front staff for the request. We also did like the coffee machine and milk provided (which were replenished daily). It was also still within walking distance to CBD. The free bus stop (Red CAT) was along the way.

Perfect location around Elisabeth Quay area, great clean modern rooms, comfortable breathable bed with great private bathroom. 3rd time staying here and it’s always enjoyable especially the friendly staff 😊 Close to the Quay and not noisy from the street. Public parking is near and next to an IGA across the street perfect for grabbing food and drinks. The hotel has a restaurant on level 1, they offer dine in or room service and they also offer free complimentary water (still or sparkling) during your stay, you just need to go back and forth for top ups. Thought that was really cool!
