I've been booking with The Great Southern Hotel in Perth for a couple of times, and each and every time they always meet my expectations. Rooms are comfortable, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the city center. Absolutely recommended.

The location and the friendly service.

Great location for CBD and train/ underground services. Also the security of needing your room card to access the lifts and the building after hours. Staff were always available and extremely helpful!

Location - not IN town but still super close giving more chance to explore. Good, well maintained laundry service and clean basic mini gym

Location was perfect for the airport

The location was perfect for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and clean.

This hotel is literally in the city center, few minutes by walk far from Barrack Jetty or the Perth train station. The cleanliness of the room is astonishing and so are the soaps/shampoos. The hall gets scented by a Scent Australia machine and I've personally never smelled something so good anywhere. Chromecast easily configurable to be used with your own phone. Air Conditioner with touch controls on the wall, easy to setup. These days in the structure definetely exceeded my expectations

Facilities, cleanliness, tea/coffee, mini bar, room service, swiming pool, spa, shops. I stayed a night only with my daughters but we enjoyed it as the place is lively and there are many options.

the hotel locates in the central area of Scarborough beach and the view from the room is superb. can see people surfing in the sea. hotel pool and gym are great.

Good option for a quick stay near the airport. Very clean and spacious. The complimentary property shuttle was very helpful in going to and from airport. It was quick and easy to book too.

Great location and good facilities

Our bathroom pretty impressive with your screen curtain behind glass door how it opens up to your room your dispensers near the sink & shower love it. Excellent Customer service unbelievable located parking close as and the clubs.

Stunning room, super helpful staff and amazing breakfast

The location, the staffs, the room. The staffs at reception were so friendly and helpful. They answered all our enquiry with smiling face. l

We stayed for 4 nights. Location is perfect if you want to be in Walking distance of nightlife, although far enough away not to be disturbed. The Belgian Beer Cafe is a busy bar itself serving excellent food. Depending on your Walking speed, Elizebeth Quay is only 10 to 15 minutes away. The Zoo can be reached in an Uber in 15 minutes. Freemantle im half an hour. The rooms are well appointed, bedding high quality and above all spotlessly clean. The check in procedure is easy, even though we arrived after the premises had closed. Communication from the property in advance of our arrival was excellent. In terms of value for money and compared with other more expensive properties nearby the Nightcap offers exceptional value. When we were due to check out my friend had had an health issue in the night. William went above and beyond to help extend our stay and eventually secured another room so that we could stay the rest of the day. Not sure that level of service would happen in 99% of the properties I have stayed in previously and certainly never in the Uk. Blown away with the kindness and understanding shown towards our situation. Also, a very special mention to the housekeeping staff who were excellent. I highly recommend this property.

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and most helpful. We both have mobility issues and the staff were so kind and quick to respond if we needed help. We stayed in a club room which was very comfortable. The food and service in the club lounge was exceptional. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.
