United Arab EmiratesThe location is fantastic and the hotel looks unbelievable, my big complaint would be the room service food was terrible (1/10 ) . I was really disappointed with the breakfast we had sent to the room and the cappuccinos we got were very small and cold by the time we got it , the staff were very friendly and fantastic to deal with , the whole experience was good apart from the food side , one other thing was when we parked in the multi story car park and had to walk through the casino to get to the car on our way home we were met with a less than friendly door man who was looking for an argument because I was wearing “sports” shorts , I explained numerous times that we were leaving and had to get to our car and still he was unpleasant about it , possibly something that could reviewed

AustraliaCheck-in was smooth and receptionist very helpful and friendly. We love the location of Room No 1007, For us this middle section of the hotel has the best view and ambiance. Love the comfort of the bed, the pillows and the doona. The towels were nice and new and fluffy.
