Ritz service from check in to check out was exceptional. Hospitality is top notch. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, view of the Swan River and Elizabeth Quey were breathtaking. I also like the design and interior of the rooms that are very well thought of.

The spacious room had a nice big work/dining table. The bed and pillows were excellent. The interior design and lighting of the room created a very soft feel environment which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I loved the prosecco welcome drink.

Once you enter the hotel you are stunned with a great fountain and Egyptian obelisk! Stuff is helpful and room was very well prepared. Cozy and well decorated. Location was great as well, especially if you like to take a run in the morning! I will visit this hotel again!
