Ritz service from check in to check out was exceptional. Hospitality is top notch. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, view of the Swan River and Elizabeth Quey were breathtaking. I also like the design and interior of the rooms that are very well thought of.

The spacious room had a nice big work/dining table. The bed and pillows were excellent. The interior design and lighting of the room created a very soft feel environment which made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I loved the prosecco welcome drink.

This was an unexpected but great experience.

This was an unexpected but great experience. The guided tour and descriptions and demonstrations about gold were fantastic. We would have overlooked it if I had not come across it in a book in a waiting room about 1001 places to visit across the world.
