The roof top bar - Songbird was a lovely place to relax and unwind at the end of the day with a gin and tonic. Lovely setting with great views of the city. The location was perfect with easy access to the ferries and river tours and Elizabeth Quay. The rooms were large, clean and had everything you needed. My room had a stunning river view with a view of the Bell tower.

The staff and concierge were all amazing. Helpful, friendly. Such a pleasure to interact with. The waiter 'Adam' who served us at the AlikeWA Gala, was lovely and so helpful. Moa, The barista at Montys for breakfast was truly talented. Coffee was beautiful and her foam art was amazing.

This was an unexpected but great experience.

This was an unexpected but great experience. The guided tour and descriptions and demonstrations about gold were fantastic. We would have overlooked it if I had not come across it in a book in a waiting room about 1001 places to visit across the world.
