Reception was amazing for rearraging our accommodation so we could be on the same floor. The bed is so comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great!

Friendly staff and the check in/out was a breeze. The bedroom and bathroom was spacious and we have good view of the city. We were lucky to get a room at high level, so, it was pretty quiet in the night. The water pressure was great and AC was comfortable. There were daily room service and there was not a single day we need to ask the front staff for the request. We also did like the coffee machine and milk provided (which were replenished daily). It was also still within walking distance to CBD. The free bus stop (Red CAT) was along the way.

Location location is fantastic. between the centre and the waterfront entertainment. 2 mins walk to either. Room and shower room very clean. Very nice.

Everything was perfect! Ample water tea and coffee. Rooms were spacious with two toilets. Best sleep! Great location too! Close to all shopping! And wonderful restaurant downstairs which gives 1 free drink (wine n beer to choose from) to guest as well as discount on food. Best mussels!!!

Location was great, Staff were fantastic, (especially helpful when I left things behind) loved feeling of stepping into luxury and being treated very special - the fancy hairdryer and bathroom products were a bonus!
