Great location and good facilities

Awesome stay, friendly staff, lovely breakkie. What a perfect way to end our trip with the stay.

Stunning room, super helpful staff and amazing breakfast

Very friendly reception. Nice clean, new rooms. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. Great location.

Food - excellent. Housekeeping service - prompt super friendly and accommodating. Everything was spot on in all aspects. The room was identical to what was advertised. Staff courteous and professional at all times. A very convenient location. The toiletries were of a high standard. The business centre was a perfect working location for me as well as the large desk in the room. The room service was faultless. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next trip when I will be staying there. The book swap adjacent to reception was a wonderful touch. The hotel has managed to create a homely, relaxed atmosphere.

The location, the staffs, the room. The staffs at reception were so friendly and helpful. They answered all our enquiry with smiling face. l

Beautiful room & bathroom. Excellent service ! thank you! will come back !.

Exceptional team and location, very welcoming! Changed to a bigger room (first a bit small) but was very well equipped and styled. Ground floor cafe food and vibe way above hotel norm. Easy affordable parking.

Hotel provided honeymoon surprise for us. We received a bottle of alcohol even though we couldn't consume, and a well written card. Accommodation was pretty and very comfortable.

Perfect location to access the sights of Perth. Clean, quiet and comfortable with very pleasant and helpful staff.

Very comfortable boutique hotel. Good Location in the city. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was easy and convenient for the location. Awesome service

We stayed for 4 nights. Location is perfect if you want to be in Walking distance of nightlife, although far enough away not to be disturbed. The Belgian Beer Cafe is a busy bar itself serving excellent food. Depending on your Walking speed, Elizebeth Quay is only 10 to 15 minutes away. The Zoo can be reached in an Uber in 15 minutes. Freemantle im half an hour. The rooms are well appointed, bedding high quality and above all spotlessly clean. The check in procedure is easy, even though we arrived after the premises had closed. Communication from the property in advance of our arrival was excellent. In terms of value for money and compared with other more expensive properties nearby the Nightcap offers exceptional value. When we were due to check out my friend had had an health issue in the night. William went above and beyond to help extend our stay and eventually secured another room so that we could stay the rest of the day. Not sure that level of service would happen in 99% of the properties I have stayed in previously and certainly never in the Uk. Blown away with the kindness and understanding shown towards our situation. Also, a very special mention to the housekeeping staff who were excellent. I highly recommend this property.
