Nice and quiet suberb, easy to find. Feels like home; it has pretty much all the facilities you need. Was able to fit two cars in the garage. The welcome-card was very thoughtful. Some lemons on the lemon tree have ripened and fallen to the ground, and i found it cute.

The view of the city was amazing - we couldn't stop looking at it! We had plenty of room with the living area included, and the kitchen was complete with an entire oven plus all the utensils we needed. Gym was good with a variety of machines. Well-located with a 24/7 supermarket next door, plus near to the ferry which crosses the river.

Set in stunning buildings from the mid-19th Century, COMO The Treasury is wonderfully located in the Perth CBD.
