Lovely stay to wrap up my 4 week roadtrip around Australia. Phillip and Junell make you feel welcome from the moment you check in with a warm welcome and tons of local knowledge. The place is cosy and spotlessly clean. The room is well equipped and the mattress is extremely comfortable. It was over 40 degrees during my stay in Perth but the room is equipped with a ceiling fan and AC which allowed a great night sleep. Breakfast is prepared in the morning which is a great added bonus. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Perth. Thanks Phillip and Junell for a great stay. All the best!

We had an absolutely faultless stay and were very happy with all aspects of this accommodation.
Also, it's a great location - close to centre but in a charming little precinct with river park, ferry, groceries, eating and drinking.
Parking was easy.
Their range of apartment types worked well for us as we could book a 2 bedroom apartment plus studio for our group.
