Very clean, awesome location and a comfy bed. Nothing fancy and the building is old but that is reflected in the low price. Having a kitchen makes staying more affordable and you cannot underestimate the value of free parking. Car parking in Perth is $30/day so that's $30 a day saved!

Advertises free parking but it is not the case and no one wanted to address the issue that it is offered. Parking is difficult to facilitate - costs are high. Look for onstreet parking - its free after 6pm in close proximity.

The location was great even though there wasn't onsite parking. Street parking is inexpensive and nearby. It was easy to get into the city centre with a short drive and equally fast to get out of the city centre. The design of the room and overall cleanliness was great. It was nice to have a cookie jar at the reception for guests to snack on at night.

The location was perfect it's 10 mins from the zoo and then a 5 min walk from Perth centre for shopping which was perfect.
We alo booked a package through booking so got free parking (which was super helpful as the only available parking is valet and there's only a few spots), breakfast included plus a late checkout at 2pm which was awesome as we had young kids.
