This truly was a peaceful holiday home with lovely shady garden and convenient for Margate Beach, though we drove by car. I have arthritus in shoulder and hip so missed my very soft pillow which had been too large to bring. No guilt on owner, just a nuisance.

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Easy walk to cafes restaurants, and I really enjoyed walking and exercising on the coastal path of Redcliffe. The accommodation was immaculate. I was very grateful to the hosts for letting me checkin early.

Location was excellent with the beach, restaurants and supermarket very close, less than a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. On-site parking was a breeze. The pool looked great but the weather was atrocious. The stay was too brief to take full advantage of the place.

Everything, the size and layout of the apartment was the same as a 3 bedroom house, the price was great value especially being a last minute booking for a Thursday and Friday night over school holidays, the staff were so friendly and understanding, great facilities and appliances. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be staying there again

The apartment is perfect in all respects, beautifully decorated but very comfortable and the view was amazing. Stefan, the owner could not have been more helpful. It was my wife's birthday and he had a birthday card and bottle of wine and chocolates for us when we arrived. Could not fault anything about the accommodation. Highly recommend you stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days there and could have stayed a lot longer. Well done Stefan and Franciose.

There is nothing to not like about Proximity Apartments. our stay in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment was fantastic! Spacious, clean and a fantastic views, this property was perfect for our family holiday. A great park across the road and so close to the Main Street of Redcliffe shops and restaurants.
