Top class establishment. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Has a very modern feeling to and very clean. The B&B is located in the center of town and walking distance from everything. Breakfast has a wide variety, fresh and delicious. The hostess is also super friendly and help with whatever she can. There is a fridge on the second floor which is fully stocked with drinks and you can take whatever you and then pay for it at checkout. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The dinner was stunning and the brekky outstanding (local food and home cooked). We were allowed to store our bikes in a private garage and got access to a state of the art bike washing facility.

De Patuljak is a beautiful B&B in a converted farm. The room and common areas were so charming and the beds really comfortable. Wendy was very welcoming, and I wish we had more time to make use of the facilities on offer - board games, pool, darts etc. We were staying at De Patuljak to attend the F1 GP at Spa-Francorchamps and we’re so glad that we did - it was such a beautiful area and convenient to drive to the track. Parking was available on site free of charge too. We didn’t get to try breakfast unfortunately, as we needed to leave early, but Wendy had shown us where yoghurts and cereals were at check in, and there was a basket of fruit available in the dining room - I thought this was a really thoughtful touch.

Nice welcome, very sweet owners of the B&B. The accommodation is fully equipped, has a chic appearance and is centrally located for taking walks. If something was missing, the owners can be reached by telephone, although this was not necessary in our case. Everything was perfect!

Very warm and welcoming host, easy communication. Very big and tasty breakfast even for hikers. The house is old, in need of some renovatiobs, but very homey and clean.

It was very cozy with beautiful views

Wonderful place next to old forest where we had several walks. Even on hot days it was pleasent there. Room was modern and confortable. Excellent breakfast wih fresh orange juice and superb dinner: chef is outstanding. Every meal was a delight (every day was a different menu). Amazing choice of exceptional whiskeys.

Very well located, restaurant is great!

We stayed in this home with 2 families with teenage kids, 9 persons in total. We loved the location of the home. It’s walking distance (couple of 100 m’s) to the center of Houffalize with restaurants and bakeries. We biked and hiked straight from the home. We enjoyed having the river in the back yard of the home to cool down, and the hot tub to warm up again. The home is very modern and clean.

Teddy was a wonderful host and cooked me both a fantastic meal in the evening and delicious breakfast the next morning. I absolutely loved my stay.

Fantastic little house by the river in picturesque Houffalize with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped kitchen and a lovely welcome gift from the host. Spotless and charming, this was a perfect base to visit the city and surrounding area. I thoroughly recommend this location
