The atmosphere is amazing! All staff were kind and great! A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new. Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon. Highly recommend it!

The room was impeccable, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The receptionists did an amazing job, were super helpful and answered lots of our questions about the stay and the city. The central location made it super easy to head down to the historic city center. The distance from the central train station was optimal too, that let us travel to other cities without any difficulties. The AC in the room and the complimentary water was much needed for the hot days of summer we encountered.

Beautiful hotel, interior and design with notes of the country's history, tradition and culture of Belgium. We didn't have time to visit the museums, this hotel gave us enough information about the country. Very responsive staff and we were helped both at check-in and check-out. The hotel has an excellent location near the city center and all the principal attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. I read a couple of reviews about the street noises that worried me a bit, but we stayed on the first floor overlooking the main street and didn't hear a bit, not even the people outside partying in the bars and on the street.

Excellent place to stay in Brussels , the host is very kind and does everything to make your stay perfect. The breakfast was haw-some. The bathroom large and plenty of space to enjoy the hot water. The room was large enough for one person with all necessary accommodations. The bed was fine.
