The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. I was happy to see that they gave two pillows per person. Breakfast was buffet-style and everything I tried was good. Convenient position, near the city centre and 15 min on foot from the station. Kind staff.

The location is great, right next to the train station and close to the Subway. You also have a grocery store right next to the hotel. The room was cleaned, quiet and we had everything we needed.

The lobby was spotless and cozy, with friendly staff greeting guests with genuine smiles — always ready to help with directions, taxis, or recommendations. 🛏️ Room Comfort: My room was spacious, spotless, and surprisingly well insulated from city noise. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you want after a day exploring Brussels. I appreciated the small details: quality toiletries, a powerful hairdryer, good lighting, and a kettle for coffee/tea. 🍳 Breakfast & Dining: The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise: fresh pastries, Belgian waffles, cold cuts, fruits, and even some warm dishes. Everything was well stocked and freshly prepared. The staff in the dining area were attentive and kept everything clean and inviting. 📍 Location: Situated in the Saint-Gilles district, it’s only a short tram ride or a healthy walk to major spots like Avenue Louise, the EU Parliament, or even the Grand Place. There are local bakeries, shops, and cafes nearby, giving a local neighborhood vibe instead of the usual tourist chaos. 💻 Extras: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a decent-sized desk (great if you’re working remotely), and a small fitness area if you want to stay active. Bonus points for the underground parking — very convenient if you’re renting a car or traveling by motorcycle. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I like everything about this hotel. First and main thing is that all the stuff and reception are very kind. We actually some how had clogged toilet in our room, they did not hesitate - straigt away we got different room. Very proffesional!

– The staff was very nice and helpful – They took care of my poodle – he got a big bed and a bowl – The hotel looks beautiful inside – Breakfast was very good and the service was great – It’s a good idea to book the rooftop restaurant – it’s worth it!

The space, the room was exceptionally spacious.

Julian, at the reception, got solution for every issue. He attends to clients in a very professional manner and assures them a happy stay. The rooms are large in size with comfortable and clean beds. Breakfast was so delicious. I will definitely stay and recommend others to stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hubert's. Its location, just a few steps from the historic center, was perfect. I could easily and quickly reach the EU district for my meetings using the nearby central station and the metro. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The rooms were of ideal size, tastefully decorated, equipped with everything one might need, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. The complimentary 24-hour hot beverage service in the lobby was a great privilege. I have no doubt that I will choose to stay at this hotel again.

Bright, fresh, young and a great team

Great the most central location. Many restaurants, not noisy thanks to solid windows and the top floor, a big room with a queen bad on the second floor of the very spacy room. clean toilet room with everything new.

Beautiful bright room. Direct in the center I couldnt believe it. Easy to walk to all the cool places. Good pillows, artsy wallpaper! Great staff like Ewa , who made the stay even better.

This hotel is really the heart of Brussels! Usually I don’t write reviews but the hotel manager, Mr Said was so nice to help us out especially knowing that we have many luggages with a 6 months old baby. The hotel was really comfortable and we could admire the Grand Place view from our hotel window all day! We were there during the Christmas period so there were light show at night every 30mins. Mr Said even provided us with a comfortable baby cot for our baby and he loves it so much. The shower was hot, the room is clean. And not forgetting the breakfast, it is the perfect dreamy breakfast for us. The breakfast is just across the hotel in a restaurant. The ambience is really spot on and the food was really what a true breakfast should taste like every single morning. This really completed our Brussels trip! Thank you Mr Said!

The location is simply unbeatable: just a few steps from the magnificent Grand Place, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Brussels on foot. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Special mention goes to the bed, which was incredibly comfortable! Despite its central location, the hotel is quiet and ensures a peaceful night. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and willingness to make the stay enjoyable truly make a difference. A charming hotel with excellent service and a central location in Brussels.
