The hotel is very close to the Botanical Garden, the Rogier, the shopping zone and other attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar, but these are not noisy. I have already booked a room to return here in June.

Breakfast not served in the property but it was not a problem at all since there are so many places just outside to eat. The staff were amazing and warm. They even offered a room after checkout to use the restroom.

We didn't have breakfast, but service from the staff was exceptional and nothing was too much for them. Sophia the concierge must be mentioned as a stand out member of the hotel team. The whole building was spotless and well maintained Over all an excellent hotel to stay at.

The hotel was very beautiful and my stay was pleasant. Even though the room was small, it was comfortable and fitting for the length of my stay. The staff were very helpful and even with the short duration of my stay, I was very impressed. Everything at breakfast was also very tasty. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My spouse and I had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel is very close to all the key attractions in Brussels, so you can walk around and see a lot. The hotel itself is on a quiet street, and there are nice cafes nearby where you can have a snack or breakfast if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful garden in the courtyard. The room was excellent, and we especially liked the bathtub (it was very comfortable). The hotel staff are very polite and attentive. We had a great time at this hotel.

Brussels is indeed one of the dirtiest cities I've ever visited, but it still has its own unique charm. There's plenty to see and do, despite its flaws I still enjoyed my time there and think it's worth visiting.

A lovely city, with the attraction of the Grand Place and its incredible architecture and the surrounding old, cobbled streets with bars and restaurants aplenty. Lots of great places to enjoy Belgian beer in a city centre that felt safe and friendly.

Excellent food tour, lots of historical sites such as the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, La Monnaie. Wide selection of beers and chocolates to try. Lovely rooftop bars such as The Beer Lab. Great shopping too.

A real eye-opener.

A real eye-opener. Was expecting a bureaucratic centre not a cobblestone wonderland. There are lots of beautiful buildings and monuments reflecting its regal past. Also, it's the most tree-covered city in Europe. Astonishingly, the Tourist Information Centre has permanently closed.

The bathroom was not cleaned, and there was a very bad smell at the entrance. The area surrounding the hotel entrance was also full of garbage, which was very unpleasant and completely unexpected. The room was extremely hot because it only had a very small fan. We couldn't open the windows due to the terrible smell coming from outside. Overall, the stay was not worth the money I paid. If the owners do not address these issues, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time in Brussels.

We had a great time in Brussels. The cathedral, museums and main square were just a short walk from our hotel. Public transport is very easy to use. We took a trip out to the Atomium, and also a tram out to see the Horta museum. The Musical Instrument museum is terrific with an extensive collection and the comic book museum reminded us of how clever these artists are. We also had a wonderful day in Ghent as a day trip which was easy as the station was only a couple of minutes from our hotel. We enjoyed eating out every night at the many outdoor restaurants.

I arrived to Brussels with a morning flight and was provided with a complimentary early check-in at 9:30 a.m., which came very handy. Very good value for money.

Well 1st of all a big thank you to a guy on reception sorry I don't know your name but he gave me a room on the 2nd floor because I was struggling with my mobility which was greatly appreciated the hotel is in a great place a few minutes from brussels central station and a minute from the grand place and there's all kinds of cafes shops n bars nearby and for me 1 of the best locations in brussels
