Our stay at this hotel in Brussels was truly exceptional. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm and professional reception staff to the outstanding cleanliness and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect, very close to public transportation and the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. What made the experience even more special was the kindness, flexibility, and respectful attitude of all the staff members. It was genuinely a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Brussels.

The views from the sauna / steam and two relaxation rooms were outstanding, as you have panoramic views of the whole city and beyond - though it was very sunny and clear sky when I stayed. However you are high enough regardless of weather to appreciate the view. It would be great for couples and the location is excellent for high-end clothes shopping but also great bars and restaurants. The breakfast has plenty of choice and well presented. The restaurant food is equally prepared to a good standard. My only complaint was that I was travelling for work and therefore alone, otherwise it is a definite consideration to go back for a long weekend break with my wife. Floor 13 and above is a must for the bedroom views. The bedroom was high spec and great for three nights stay. The lounge on the 24th floor (I think) seemed slightly compromised for seating space but if it isn't busy, it's an excellent place to relax and take in the sites of the city, after shopping and exploring the area...Definitely recommend, though I didn't try the gym (didn't bring my gear), so cannot really comment on the gym set-up. Overall, great stay!!!

Everything!!! Amazing spa and gym, and the outdoor pool is very good! The rooms are clean, nice design, beautiful views! Breakfast was delicious and very big choice!

I had an smiling stay at the cardo.i had a toom eith a bathtube in the living room area snd s extra nice bathroom shower.all very nice design.thrre were no scratches to find on the furniture.the bed was very comfy.breakfast I had at 08.00 and everything was fiiled up and fresh.nicw pool on the deck.great bar up there Last but not least; the employees at the restaurant,bar ..reception were all very nice. It was such a nice vibe..I will be back 4 sure

The best hotel I stayed in Brussels, in the Midi train station....you can enter the hotel from inside the station...if you are coming from Amsterdam or Paris in train and want to go around Belgium, is the perfect place to be. You can go to centrum from there too. Spacious room, wonderful bed and shower. And the breakfast, spechless.

This hotel is quite cool and eco-friendly. There are many comfortable seats and free water and coffee in the lobby. The location is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful.

One of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed at. Ceiling in restaurant-bar area was breathtaking experience. Room was spacious, clean with very comfortable bed and completely noise proof. Breakfast area also very pleasant to look at and there was plenty of choice to start your day with.

We actually stayed in the other property Hotel des Galeries. Exceptional stay in the centre of Brussels. Staff were warm and welcoming. The bed was amazing with three choices of pillow. Able to store our bikes which was the deal breaker. Would recommend to friends and definitely stay again.

You are right in the center, 2 min walk from trains/buses. I love the curtains for privacy on the beds and bathroom in the room is very handy. Breakfast area is perfect.
