Cosy, pleasant and comfortable. Very nice staff. A warm atmosphere that is wonderful to come ‘home’ to. Well appointed rooms and toiletries. Liked the self-serve area and accessible water, tea and coffee.

The house is truly exceptional — a beautifully preserved Art Nouveau building full of character, atmosphere, and outstanding beauty. Its location is excellent: calm, charming, and well connected. The location of the hotel is excellent and quiet at night. Stuff was friendly and helpful , room with private toilet was clean and neatly organised. The design of the room was also nice. The best hotel experience I had so far in Brussels. For sure I will be back.

The room was nice, clean and spacious - more than confortable for a one person. They have a luggage room which was very useful to me because I arrived in the morning and the check-in time was at 15:00 (3 PM). The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I forgot to bring slippers so I got a pair from reception. I was also able to print out a couple of pages that I needed for one of my meeting free of charge. Coffee, tea, snaks and fruits were always available for free in the reception area, which was quite nice. For the price, I am very satisfied with this hotel. Its great value for money.
