The views from the sauna / steam and two relaxation rooms were outstanding, as you have panoramic views of the whole city and beyond - though it was very sunny and clear sky when I stayed. However you are high enough regardless of weather to appreciate the view. It would be great for couples and the location is excellent for high-end clothes shopping but also great bars and restaurants. The breakfast has plenty of choice and well presented. The restaurant food is equally prepared to a good standard. My only complaint was that I was travelling for work and therefore alone, otherwise it is a definite consideration to go back for a long weekend break with my wife. Floor 13 and above is a must for the bedroom views. The bedroom was high spec and great for three nights stay. The lounge on the 24th floor (I think) seemed slightly compromised for seating space but if it isn't busy, it's an excellent place to relax and take in the sites of the city, after shopping and exploring the area...Definitely recommend, though I didn't try the gym (didn't bring my gear), so cannot really comment on the gym set-up. Overall, great stay!!!

The installations and friendly ambient

The most relevant aspect of this hotel is its location! It really is a few steps away of Grand Place. Its location is very convenient also being a block away of the Centraal, very accessible if you're looking to visit other cities like Brugges or Ghent (which we did), same station to take the train to Zaventem, and the metro to other areas of Brussels (like the Atomium). This hotel was a 10/10. Clean rooms, good bed. Very nice staff. We arrived earlier than check in time, and there were lockers available for usage free of charge. There are umbrellas for rent as well. This was a great hotel. Just a side note, the AC in the room was only heater (not sure if it can also cool the room, and since we went in winter the heat feature was the only possible option), so at nighttime we cracked a window but since it's right off Grand Place, it can be noisy. Something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. Once the window is closed, you cannot hear the street noise.

The bed was large and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you want after a day exploring Brussels. I appreciated the small details: quality toiletries, a powerful hairdryer, good lighting, and a kettle for coffee/tea. 🍳 Breakfast & Dining: The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise: fresh pastries, Belgian waffles, cold cuts, fruits, and even some warm dishes. Everything was well stocked and freshly prepared. The staff in the dining area were attentive and kept everything clean and inviting. 📍 Location: Situated in the Saint-Gilles district, it’s only a short tram ride or a healthy walk to major spots like Avenue Louise, the EU Parliament, or even the Grand Place. There are local bakeries, shops, and cafes nearby, giving a local neighborhood vibe instead of the usual tourist chaos. 💻 Extras: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a decent-sized desk (great if you’re working remotely), and a small fitness area if you want to stay active. Bonus points for the underground parking — very convenient if you’re renting a car or traveling by motorcycle. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
