My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Fleur de Ville hotel in Brussels during our trip to the London Music Festival, and we couldn’t be more delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel takes great pride in offering top-notch service and comfort to its guests. Location: The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Brussels, Fleur de Ville provided us with easy access to all the city’s major attractions. Whether we wanted to explore the charming streets, enjoy a quiet stroll in nearby parks, or grab a bite at one of the many local eateries, everything was just a stone’s throw away. It made our short stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The Room: Our original room was modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless, reflecting the fact that the hotel is brand new. After our first night, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water. We reported this to the front desk, and we were immediately impressed by how proactive and kind the staff were. They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms! The upgraded room was spacious, luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the city. It was a gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Breakfast: Breakfast at Fleur de Ville was a real treat. The selection was varied, fresh, and delicious, offering everything from traditional pastries to more hearty options. It was the perfect way to start our days in Brussels, and we looked forward to it each morning. The attention to detail and quality of the food was evident, and it certainly added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The Hotel is so chic and stylish, the decor and the whole vibes is so hip and cool. We went to Brussels for my birthday and the hotel had left a birthday card in our room for me and a coupon for two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.

The hotel was very beautiful and my stay was pleasant. Even though the room was small, it was comfortable and fitting for the length of my stay. The staff were very helpful and even with the short duration of my stay, I was very impressed. Everything at breakfast was also very tasty. First, the tall, handsome valet at the door wearing a long-sleeved jacket. The blonde lady at the reception whose name I don't know. The girl in the restaurant whose father is from Adapazarı. The curly-haired Tunisian male waiter. They were all very nice, they really made us feel at home. The room designs and the materials used are very high quality. We stayed in a suite, it was really very good. The soaps used are high-quality. The towels are spotless. We would consider staying there again. They have filled a serious gap in Brussels. My only suggestion is to change the breakfast for longer stays. A strip should be added to the dark curtains as the sun comes in. Looking forward to seeing you again.
