Checking in went very smoothly. The staff was kind and the room was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing!

The location allowed us to walk towards the city centre. We appreciated the water fountain on our floor. Our room was clean and cozy and tastefully decorated.

Staff was extremely friendly and it was great to have a staff member at the reception 24/7. Room was quiet and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Unique design and visible sustainability throughout the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the Botanical Garden, the Rogier, the shopping zone and other attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar, but these are not noisy. I have already booked a room to return here in June.

Location is really close to Atomium, but does require some time to travel into the main centre. The staff are very friendly, the facilities were good.

The hotel is super close to ING Arena and Atomium. Reachable by bus. Loved the breakfast, especially the eggs, waffles and pancakes. Staff is very nice. We will come back there soon!

Very pleasant experience right from the start. We arrived at a late hour and the hotel had a very nice smell and it felt very inviting. The personnel at the lobby was very nice and answered all of or questions. Room was nice and clean. Plenty of breakfast options (my favorite were scrambled eggs) and after a request for Gluten free and Lactose free options they were happy to provide them. We were able to leave our baggage at the hotel after checkout which was very nice and we could enjoy our stay even more which is always a plus in my book. You could use a patio at the basement floor for a chill when needed.

Had an awesome time at that hotel. The folks there speak loads of languages, which was super cool. It's right by the transport, so getting around was very easy. The rooms were very comfy. Highly recommend!

Big, clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff, you can feel the work of professionals, a convenient elevator, (lift is very important), the room is well ventilated, there is a large window, the bed is soft, clean, the room fits luggage perfectly and there is a place to put your things, the bathroom is very clean and functional(no problems with hot water). There is an opportunity to leave luggage if you plan to walk around the city after checkout. The hotel responds to messages very quickly and finds the best solutions. I arrived in Brussels quite late(22:40) and was worried that the reception would not work, but I contacted the hotel and they surprised me by saying that there is no need to worry, the reception is open 24 hours. I highly recommend this hotel, very close to the bus/train station and to the city center, the location is ideal. 10 points
