Our room was amazing and met our expectations. The bathroom and bath were great as well. The hotel’s location was perfect, especially since we had to leave for the airport around 3:30 AM to catch a 6:00 AM flight to Lisbon, Portugal.

Incredible thermal baths in old renovated castle. I liked everything about this place. I’ve been too many thermal baths all over the world and this is by far one of the better ones. There are two parts. One of them being clothing optional. The clothing optional part is indeed a bit larger. Most people wear a towel around their waist, so no problem. Lots of choices of steam rooms, dry saunas, whirlpools and baths. I ate at the restaurant and was very satisfied. Food was a high quality. Service was excellent.

We have been in this hotel before. We knew the quality of the hotel, amenities and staff. This trip was also great, we had a very good staying and the staff was more than helpful. Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.
