Very nice room - stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen TV with lots of free channels in various languages. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice (cooked and cold). Good location - 10 minute walk from Diegem station (for trains to/from central Brussels) and if you don't have much luggage it is possible to walk to/from the airport in less than an hour.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.

It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

There was a very unpleasant odour in the room, and I couldn’t find the source. We kept the window open the entire time. If we hadn’t been so tired from the 10-hour drive, I would definitely have complained and asked for another room.

Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

I travel here for work on a regular basis.

I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

We were in Brussels to watch the cyclocross racing. The race in Diegem was only 20 mins walk away and the race in Baal a 40 min drive. This made the location of the Hilton perfect. The hotel staff were all very helpful throughout our 4 day stay. The breakfast was great as were the evening meals, a limited menu but the food itself was well above average for a hotel. We arrived by car, the underground car park was very secure with large packing spaces at a reasonable cost.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I found its proximity to Diegem station quite convenient, facilitating easy access to transportation. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the on-site gym was well-equipped, catering to fitness enthusiasts. Essentially, while the hotel's location and staff are commendable, the deficiencies in room comfort, cleanliness, and dining quality, coupled with an unjustifiably high price, detract from the overall experience

The breakfast offered good selection. Pastry and bread rolls were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and spacious enough. The choice of hard and soft pillow was a good idea.The location of the hotel is ideal if one flies into Brussels. The train station is only a walking distance from the hotel. Brussel Central is fairly close by train.
