Room was very clean and new. The bed was extremely comfy as I slept like a baby. It also helped that it was connected to a business center so I was able to work in comfort. I highly recommend staying here, even if you plan to be in the main center for the most part. It's worth taking a taxi or bus at the end of the day for.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.

It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

There was a very unpleasant odour in the room, and I couldn’t find the source. We kept the window open the entire time. If we hadn’t been so tired from the 10-hour drive, I would definitely have complained and asked for another room.

Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport.

Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

I travel here for work on a regular basis.

I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

Very clean rooms, super helpful staff . They upgraded our rooms to make our stay with our 2 kids more comfortable. They could not provide an extra bed and gave us an extra room free of charge. Many thanks to the young receptionist who helped us on 20th January! This service does make a huge difference ! Restaurant had of the best dishes we have tried in Belgium . Often shuttle buses to Brussels and transportation to other locations.

The bed were very comfortable and I slept like a log. Very tranquil location. It was just a stop-over for a connection flight the next day and I had not been to Brussels before, but after my stay overnight at this hotel, I'm now thinking of a proper holiday in Brussels. Superb staff. Attentive and welcoming and such a peaceful and tranquil location. I will recommend this hotel for lay-overs in-between flights from Brussel Airport.

The hotel is located in business area out from city centre near airport, but there is quite good train connection to city centre. Since the hotel is located outside of low-emission-zone of Brussels it´s ideal for travellers, who can park they car in hotel garage and don´t need to do the paperwork with registration of the car.

Kids corner at the lobby. Boys were tired after a long travel but was excited when they saw little corner that they can just chill out or play with a big tablet on table and the football table. The shuttle bus to and from Brussels airport, it’s just perfect.
