We stayed here for my friend’s wedding and absolutely loved it. A big group of us (almost 100 people) came over from Ireland, and the staff were nothing short of amazing the whole weekend. They had endless patience for us running around (and let’s be honest, drunk most of the time!) and always handled everything with such good humour. The rooms were great value – comfy beds, lovely bathrooms with fantastic showers, and our room had a beautiful view over an orchard with donkeys, which was such a treat to wake up to. But the real highlight was the staff. They made us feel so welcome and were genuinely kind, fun, and accommodating the whole time. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Dinant!

Amaizing place. Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable and big bed. Beautiful gardens and a lot of place for walks. Food is very good. A lot of space for walks around the property.

Everything was very good here. The staff helped me at any time and with everything. The room is a typical hotel room that has what you need. I freaked out with the LED lights in the shower head. You can shower with LED lights changing automatically!!!!. I would have loved to shower only with those lights but as long as you turned the main lights of the bathroom off, the LED also turned off :(

Fantastic. Probably the best view in town. Very frie dly staff, excellent room facilities (free minibar is a bonus) and delicious breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious as well (fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, bread rolls, mini pastries, etc.) We also enjoyed going swimming, I loved that it was a biological pool and not chloride. Dressing robes were in the room, as well as slippers, which was handy for the pool. We chose to stay for dinner one of our evenings because we knew we'd be tired after a long hike. Food was tasty (my lamb was perfect and my dessert - crème brûlée - was perfect as well). They ask you to choose your dishes before 17h since it's all freshly made. I think that's a great idea. On top of that the people at reception and also waiters could switch effortlessly between languages: French, Dutch, English, all spoken fluently. We had an excellent stay.

Completely effortless! No-staff hotel but leave a tip for the maid, I forgot.... Clearly defined room access. Everything as promised. Maid cleaned our apartment even during my 2 night stay!

Layout, room, breakfast and dinner.

Our third stay at this hotel, we especially like the family rooms with 2 additional bunk beds for the kids. Everything is clean, friendly and well planned. Breakfast even improved compared to our last stay. Great location for grottes and space exploration centre.

Staff is excellent, very professional, helpful and polite (reception, restaurant, bar....). I have asked for a quiet room and I really got a quiet room (very rare in other hotels that they take this request seriously). Thank you again for this! What a nice surprise, finally a swimming pool that is not ice-cold! The temperature of the water is just perfect even for people with RA! Separated time frame for children that makes possible to relax in the SPA + pool and enjoy the beautiful view. Decoration is top in the hotel. A lot of parking place. Billiard table to enjoy the evening. Bar (+ barmen) is also very nice, prices are reasonable. Super atmosphere. Absolutely recommended.

Perfectly placed. Just a short walk to the town centre. Good parking outside the hotel, free from 5pm to 9am.

Absolutely beautiful property with a lot of history. Delicious buffet breakfast and great location above Dinant. Studio room was perfect for a family with two young children.

Direct access to Thermes Spa via cable car and the restaurant, though at breakfast it did not perform that good as at dinner

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was one of the best we had in a hotel. We were given a small room and a big room connected to each other as we were 4 and it was really comfortable, like having a flat. The staff was friendly and the hotel was really clean. In general we realized that the hotel was very generous and everything was well organized. One of the few times I can say that it offered an excellent value for money! We also had dinner at the restaurant and considering the quality of the food and the very nice live music the price we paid was more than fine! We are looking forward going there again!

Very confortable and cozy apartment with a lovely view on the garden/river/playground. Relaxing holidays, kids loved it. Free minigolf. Walking distance from the center. Assigned parking in front of the door. It gives the feeling of a winter holidays house for the architecture and material used. Besides, heating was already on despite the nice weather

For both breakfast and evening meal , there was a large selection and the staff were very attentive and professional.
