I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Brussels. The room was so spacious and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. The staff were pleasant, extremely helpful and couldn’t do more for me, especially Rebecca. Would highly recommend and stay again.

1. The location was perfect - Walking distance to the bus (No. 38) and tram to reach the centrum. Plenty of eateries around to fulfil different taste buds. 2. The staff at the concierge, reception and housekeeping was professional, polite and helpful. We forgot to ask the name of the lady who cleaned our room on 1st Jan 2025, she cleaned the room exceptionally well and was so good in her approach. 3. The room was perfect with a terrace- It had all the necessary arrangements needed to be comfortable. The rooms are exactly like portrayed in the pictures!

It was my first time staying at W16 Aparthotel and, since it has just recently opened, I was really looking forward to trying it. I stayed one night and honestly wished I could have stayed longer. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, with a small kitchenette that was actually really useful. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep.
