Hussain at reception provided a map and information and was a pleasure to deal with.

The staff was really helpful the room is spotless clean with daily cleaning . Really not a negative thing to mention even if the location seams a bit far from city center its not hard at all to reach any destination and close to hotel you can find alsmost anything you may need I would definately recomend it to anyone visiting Brussels .

I highly recommend this place to stay. 2 minutes walk to central station and 10 min walk to main square. The beds are very comfortable and it smells great .

I was surprised to see that they provided towels for free, it was a very pleasant stay.
