A luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Brussels, this boutique hotel was refurbished in 2019 and offers guests a 24-hour gym with a sauna as well as air-conditioned rooms with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. We stayed there for three nights with my girlfriend. Overall, it was a nice place, and I recommend it if you are visiting Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During the first hours of our stay, we heard very strange and loud noises from the cooling system in our room. We reported this to reception, and the staff immediately took action by changing our room and even upgrading it to a better one. The neighborhood is very nice, and it is within walking distance (10 to 20 minutes) of almost all major tourist attractions in Brussels. The room itself was quite spacious and tidy, with a safe, and the cooling system was very effective. However, I think an extra wardrobe would have been really nice, as there wasn’t enough space for the clothes of two people. Also, the bed was relatively small compared with the size of the room (and compared with our first room). But overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.
