Accommodation in Belém

the breakfast buffet, all local dishes from belem itself.

The breakfast had a wide range of options and there was no limit on the refills.

The swimming pool is great and the view is wonderful.

Location, the super pro-active staff, the breakfast. The hotel is in a nice area and I definitely recommend to stay there

Magnificent. The staff were beautiful and attentive. Everything in the room to the last detail is excellent. The building is absolutely beautiful. 10/10 highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, the food was really nice and the staff very kind and helpful. They also had a pet cat which lived there too, she was really cute!

This hotel is fabulous and it is in a choice location right across the street from miles of beach to explore or relax on. The room was exquisite. I splurged on a suite with sweeping sea views that were breathtaking. The minute you walk in the lobby you know you are in the midst of luxury and quality. The food for me was excellent but my companion didnt particularly like it. But the best thing about it was the staff. The business obviously has inculcated a culture of customer-first, customer always. They were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. We had one unfortunate experience upon checkout and we loved the place so much we actually shared with the manager, our one negative experience because I’m sure they would want to know about it and they would want to correct that attitude. However, generally, the staff was just superb. I want to give a special shout out to ADRIANA who was the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful staff person I think I’ve ever encountered.Adriana look me up on WhatsApp. Thank you for everything.

Sempre corresponde as espectativas

The staff was nice, breakfast had plenty of options and wifi was great. I appreciated my stay at Ibis Belem.

The personal, location, café da manha, clean spacious room. As always.

Very nice owners, clean, safe, delicious breakfast

Cleaning and quality of shower , strong flow

Location is excellent, staff are very polite and helpful, breakfast is wonderful.

I thought I might be disappointed but I wasn't. My room was excellent if standard but I particularly valued the staff who really do go that bit further than most. It was raining hard, the front desk manger offered me his umbrella as the hotel does not have any....they were prepared to open the bar for me when I arrived at 1 AM etc. These are small but significant touches. Even the security staff smile here. Well done!

Good hotel in good area of Belem. Would go back

Excellent location and staff. Breakfast was good.

I rarely give reviews unless it's either too good or too bad. The place is newish, clean and has potential. OK location. But the owner and staff do not have good work ethics or good customer support service and I explain it here.

They addressed all the negative reviews in the past. Staff was extremely attentive and followed instructions. The staff made me feel at home and secure .that the long 12 day stay became really fast. They attended to all my needs. Breakfast was more than sufficient..

Easy to get from the bus station
