Thank you for the amenities. The kettle with tea and coffee was a wonderful surprise. 16 hotels in Brazil - first kettle. Breakfast was excellent. Views were incredible. The room was immaculate.

I have been living and working in Belem for 15 years, so I know the city very well. Vila Gale is new and in a fantastic location. We could walk to many restaurants at Estacao das Docas and shop at Ver-o-Peso to buy our favorite things. The accommodations at Vila Gale were exceptional, the breakfast service included was wonderful. We loved the view of the river from the room. Thank all the staff for a wonderful experience.

Magnificent. The staff were beautiful and attentive. Everything in the room to the last detail is excellent. The building is absolutely beautiful. 10/10 highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, the food was really nice and the staff very kind and helpful. They also had a pet cat which lived there too, she was really cute!

This hotel is fabulous and it is in a choice location right across the street from miles of beach to explore or relax on. The room was exquisite. I splurged on a suite with sweeping sea views that were breathtaking. The minute you walk in the lobby you know you are in the midst of luxury and quality. The food for me was excellent but my companion didnt particularly like it. But the best thing about it was the staff. The business obviously has inculcated a culture of customer-first, customer always. They were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. We had one unfortunate experience upon checkout and we loved the place so much we actually shared with the manager, our one negative experience because I’m sure they would want to know about it and they would want to correct that attitude. However, generally, the staff was just superb. I want to give a special shout out to ADRIANA who was the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful staff person I think I’ve ever encountered.Adriana look me up on WhatsApp. Thank you for everything.

I rarely give reviews unless it's either too good or too bad. The place is newish, clean and has potential. OK location. But the owner and staff do not have good work ethics or good customer support service and I explain it here.

They addressed all the negative reviews in the past. Staff was extremely attentive and followed instructions. The staff made me feel at home and secure .that the long 12 day stay became really fast. They attended to all my needs. Breakfast was more than sufficient..

The breakfast was simple but decent with eggs, fruits, juices, etc.

The location was close to the central busstation. The room is basic and convenient for overnight stay with family. We all appreciated the room.
