Rebecca from the reception is a very valuable employee, she helped us with all our questions and no question was crazy and difficult for her to solve or to answer, her English is the best we heard in Belem so far😊. The hotel helped us with a early check in, early breakfast, and again a late check in and an extended check out, we will definitely come back again here, breakfast is very good too

I like everything as usual, regarding this specific hotel in Belém! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly ( ana and brenno costa behind their desk at the reception 👋) regardless how difficult it was for me to communicate properly in português though 😁 !!!!

This hotel is fabulous and it is in a choice location right across the street from miles of beach to explore or relax on. The room was exquisite. I splurged on a suite with sweeping sea views that were breathtaking. The minute you walk in the lobby you know you are in the midst of luxury and quality. The food for me was excellent but my companion didnt particularly like it. But the best thing about it was the staff. The business obviously has inculcated a culture of customer-first, customer always. They were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. We had one unfortunate experience upon checkout and we loved the place so much we actually shared with the manager, our one negative experience because I’m sure they would want to know about it and they would want to correct that attitude. However, generally, the staff was just superb. I want to give a special shout out to ADRIANA who was the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful staff person I think I’ve ever encountered.Adriana look me up on WhatsApp. Thank you for everything.

I rarely give reviews unless it's either too good or too bad. The place is newish, clean and has potential. OK location. But the owner and staff do not have good work ethics or good customer support service and I explain it here.

They addressed all the negative reviews in the past. Staff was extremely attentive and followed instructions. The staff made me feel at home and secure .that the long 12 day stay became really fast. They attended to all my needs. Breakfast was more than sufficient..

The breakfast was simple but decent with eggs, fruits, juices, etc.

The location was close to the central busstation. The room is basic and convenient for overnight stay with family. We all appreciated the room.
