The chalets are beautiful, the location by the river is great and the staff is excellent, really helpful and made the stay special. The stay was everything we wished for and we will be coming back.

Sunbirds is a small piece of paradise. It has been thoughtfully designed around magnificent gardens and offers guests comfort, tranquility and an escape from the normal typical tourist hotels. The minute you reach Sunbirds you are met with exceptional customer service… nothing is too much trouble and the staff make it their priority to ensure that you have a wonderful stay.

Four nights at the Greenland Hotel and I have nothing bad to say, which almost never happens. Check-in took five minutes. The room was spotless. The bed is the most comfortable one I've had in this price range, full stop. What actually won me over was the staff. Someone at the front desk noticed I'd been out in the heat all day and had a cold drink waiting when I came back. Housekeeping gave me extra towels on day one, then just kept doing it without being asked again. I've stayed at fancier places where nobody learned my face. Breakfast had fresh fruit, decent coffee, and eggs made to order instead of sitting under a heat lamp. The wifi held up through two video calls from my room, no drops. Location was walkable to everything I wanted, and the one time I needed a taxi, the front desk had one there in about thirty seconds. The only thing I can even mention is that the AC hums a bit on its highest setting. I switched it down one notch and forgot about it. I've paid more for worse rooms and worse service. Next trip, I'm booking here first.

The location was out of town, but thanks to Dan's support I did not feel inconvenienced. It was very close to the border to Zambia. I had no problem enjoying the one day trip to Victoria Falls because of Dan's support. I am not a good English speaker. But DAN called me at Elephant Sands, where I was going to stay next, and I was able to go there without any worries. DAN always let the driver know where we were going, which was a big help to me. Thanks to you, I had a great time.

The staffs are very kind and helpful . Also I required 1night camping tour for Chobe national park. The owner looked for the agency that can offer me the tour, because I was alone ,it was very difficult to look for any tour I joined by myself. But she found it for me.
