We expected something fairly basic, but it is not basic at all! What a magnificent place. Superb location, massive and very luxurious rooms with full view of the bush and a stunning restaurant and bar area. We also expected to struggle for food. But Mababe River lodge has a wonderful chef, and our meals were delicious and very plentiful. The staff is also very welcoming and professional. We had tons of wildlife around our rooms, including hyena and lion. We will most definitely be back!

Everything great place great safaris, wonderfull staff, meals are delicious. We were surprised with the quality of the kitchen, the safaris, you can see everything of big 5 except rhino.

Wonderful place and wonderful people! Very clean, hot showers, nice restaurant with view of the pool (sometimes you can see there hippos). Great mokoro trips and game drives (Glen is excellent guide).

Located in Chiro Pan, Acacia Camping is 37 km from Mababe Gate Chobe National Park. Featuring a private entrance, the campground allows guests to maintain their privacy.
