Our stay in this historic hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Maritime Canada. From the location in the village, to our large, comfortable room and a delicious breakfast - it was all wonderful. The hotel staff and those working around the village were all friendly and helpful but special thanks must go to Sam the hotel barman.

Exceptionally nice location on the shore of baie des Chaleurs. Very well maintained property. Beautiful sunset. People are nice amd accomodating.

The host was very friendly and the room felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Bed was very comfortable everything was clean and very well decorated. Everything a person needs for a relaxing getaway....tons of available dishes, utensils, pots and pans,etc...and they even provided the coffee with the fancy machine 😀 Will definitely go back.

So charming … lovely antique furnishing … very much like Rossmount Hotel Chamcook NB Breakfast at adjoining restaurant was great … plus a chat with 85 yrs old local Bernard too ! Trips are for meeting nice folks !

I was looking to do 5 days of cycling so this was a great location being only minutes from the Acadian Veloroute. I came pretty well self contained but If you need anything during your stay Caraquet is large enough to find anything you might need.
