Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and in excellent condition. The location was good, netxt to the subway and easy to get around. There was a convenience store withon 50 m,etres, and a large supermarket only 10 minutes' away on foot.

The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff.
