Great place 5 min away from the airport, the room was spacious, clean and modern! I didnt have any problems with anything! Free Bus shuttle every 30 mi! Overall Quality price really recommended!

Room was spacious and felt like a small apartment. Great getaway in the city, was super private when we were in the room, friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. Location was prime, we found walking was faster than Uber anyhow, but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, ie. CN Tower, Lighthouse ArtSpace, Aquarium, and has super close amenities like grocery stores (inside the mall), coffee shops, residents, bars and more.

Everything was thought through to smallest details. The location next to Union Station could not be better to get to the airport.

Convenient clean good room and bathroom

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

The receprionists were very polite and helpful. The overall impression of the hotel is great, except for the noise which could be herad during the night, so we had to sleep using earplugs. The room was nice and the view from the 21st flood was just perfect. We could admire the CN Tower every night :) There was a day when the housekeeping never showed up, but the front desk could assist with the problem and sent a guy to take out our trash, refill the water and change towels. A special and HUUUGE thanks to the service guy who helped my partner to fix the wheel on my suitcase.

It was clean, great facilities, including the pool and gym. Staff on level 8 in the club were excellent. Great block out blinds in the rooms for a great sleep, very comfortable beds. Meals in the club on level 8 were great. Great location.

Very close to subway station, very clean and comfortable rooms. It was quiet to sleep, very nice facilities, laundry option and everything was relatively new and renovated.

The view for this place is amazing especially at night! The kitchen facilities are good.

Location location location! It was easy to ger around the city as the appartment is right downtown which let me me walk everywhere. The hosts were amazing! They were super responsive and checked in with me frequently. Also they allowed me to come in earlier and leave my suitcase there before official check in. Apartment is clean and spacious and had everything I needed.

Nothing the room was cold and moldy

We had a very nice stay overall. The property was clean, cozy, and offered excellent value for the price. The highlight of our experience was the host, who was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and responsive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were always available to help. The accommodation matched our expectations and provided a pleasant base for our trip. We especially appreciated the host's kindness and outstanding service. We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming stay at a reasonable price.

We always stay here when we are in Toronto as I grew up in the area. Close to family and friends.

We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

Fabulous hotel with friendly service from doorman, room service and frontdesk. Everytime we come back, we feel warmly welcomed. Concierge service is prompt and attentive. They are top-notch. We are happy with stay.

The loft is comfortable, very clean and spacious. The best of all is the location close to the park and surrounded by nature which in spring was really liveley and lovely. The neighbourhood is quiet but also close to public transport and just a short (and beautiful) walk from restaurants, supermarkets and different amenities. Communicating with MJ was super easy and instructions for check in and check out were very simple to follow. I loved this place and would definitely go back next time we travel to Toronto.
