We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad. Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

The rooms are plain yet stylish also offering a lot of space. I really enjoyed coming back there after a day's work. Also there are no waiting queues for check in or out, the personnel is professionnal and welcoming. The bar looks great (have not tested it). Breakfast was really nicely served and the restaurant is quiet. Location is the best right in the middle but in a small street so no noise. I highly recommend !

Toronto is great, it has everything.

Toronto is great, it has everything. Got around using the TTC, it works perfectly for disabled passengers. Subway stations have elevators, buses have ramps (when one requests the driver), & streetcars are accessible when one presses the central button ( the driver comes to activate the ramp).

In Toronto for a theatre performance and stayed 2 nights. There is so much to do and so many great restaurants in Toronto. We were able to walk kilometers around the King West neighbourhood. Toronto still feels safe and welcoming.

The city offers so much in great accommodation and food. Very clean and lots to see and do. I lived in Thornhill and Willowdale for 25 years and worked downtown at Bell facilities. Great city then and a great city now.

We loved Toronto and highly recommend visiting Canada! We split our time between Toronto and Niagara Falls, using an affordable luxury car service to get around.Quick tip: Budget for service charges if you love dining out. It isn't compulsory, but the amazing staff deserve it.Everyone here is incredibly friendly. Canada is the most welcoming place we have ever visited. Thank you to the Canadian people—you are a credit to your country! ❤️

Reason for our trip was not vacation.

Reason for our trip was not vacation. It was to be close to medical appointments because we were out of the city and trying to get into Toronto for medical appointments is not easy so you have to go the night before. This location was in reasonable distance to where we needed to go

Visited Toronto before so this visit was a stop gap after doing a canadian road trip. The cantonese restaurant on the 2nd floor of Double tree was a great fine dining experience. Tasty food and ambiance. Eaton centre within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you want to visit the financial district, downtown Yonge or the CN tower. It was also great for us to take the ferry to the Toronto Islands. The staff was also very nice and helpfull. We arrived in the morning and they kept our luggage until they could give us our room and they came immediately with the additional bed and towels. Even if we had an adicional bed and our luggage in the room, it was still big enough not to fiel uncomfortable.

The room was like a mini apartment Mini kitchen, clothes washing facilities, lounge area with sofa and TV, along with the extra view of the CN Tower. Perfectly located 10 minutes walk from Union Bus Station, and around 20 minutes to downtown Toronto. Excellent hotel. I would recommend it, and return again if I visited Toronto.
