    There for medical reasons.

There for medical reasons. Very difficult to find an affordable hotel close to Toronto Western!!! VERY EXPENSIVE TO STAY HERE!!! parking is bad, hard to find parking! The signage is terrible! In the evening driving you can't read any of the street signs! Park by Toronto Western WAS AN ENCAMPENT AND MANY PEOPLE IN THE PARK WRRE EITHER STONED, DRUNK OR SUFFERRING FROM OBVIOUS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES!! Park also full of graffiti. Quite sad and scarey!!! Traffic is brutal!! Streetcars should be outlawed! Tracks everywhere making driving in dark with wet conditions a challenge!..especially when you can't read or find the street signs!..and the construction! OMG!!you don't make driving in Toronto enjoyable or easy...and when your there it's expensive! So overall, unless you don't value the dollar or have bags of money, I do not and will not recommend to anyone to visit Toronto;in fact, I will make it a point to tell others it's not worth the frustration or their risk of being safe, to travel there.

Great city and all walkable .. or the transport systems are easy to use and contactless CN tower and dinner was AMAZING ! If you can afford it go do it. The service was impeccable and you were not rushed or troubled - rotating view was just brilliant. Distillery area was interesting and a welcome retreat from the hustle of office towers. Walking tour was great too - it was cheap but best to give a tip. Good way to get bearings and learn about the history. We ate at 1Kitchen one night too - wonderfully fresh and wholesome food - isn’t in a grand place but just tasty and value for money - lovely service too. Oh - and try to get across to the islands - really worth it to chill and chat over ice cream or a cold drink

Great city with some excellent attractions and things to do. Its hard to pick a favourite from the CN Tower, Niagara Falls, Toronto Zoo, the islands and the Aquarium, and there are also lots of other places to visit. Transport is efficient and good value for money. Its easy to get around and the service is very reliable. Plenty of places to eat throughout the day and well suited to all types of travellers. We especially liked the pizzas!

I booked 6 rooms for 12 and 13 August for a Global organisation called 'Voice for Global Bangladesh ( Ref.:Booking no. 4952502339/Dr. Hasanat Husain MBE).Some of my guests delegates booked their rooms directly too on their own. Also, I booked the 'Ontario' conference room for 13 August 2-30 to 11-30 pm. 1. The Last date to cancel any room with "with no cancellation fee was 10 August. I cancelled one room (Dr. Shamsul Islam Choudhury) on 9th August from the block booking of 4952502339. Later I found out that I was charged for 6 rooms (instead of 5) by booking.com. I hoped thet the Hotel will take the matter up with Booking.com but they did not. 2. My own room was 2110, I found it without any tea coffee, not clean nor was it cleaned next day on the 13th 3. Room 1404 had just 1 double bed. Despite my request to change this to a room with two beds, it was not (In my initial booking I was assured that each room is big enough for atleast 2 delegates (and could accomodate a maximum of three persons. 4. The conference room "Ontario' was not made ready for a 2pm start. The event staff, particularly a lady was very rude (we have a video recording of her rudeness). She even disappeared with the contract paper without my permission (which was signed by Event Asstt. Director Mr. Ryan Sellors with me on 9 August). Mr. Sellors was on holiday and was not available. The reception desk manager 'Viren' who assured me on 12th Aug. that he will be available whole day on the 13th of August was not seen by me at all while my delegates were treated uncourteously. We left the Conference room at 6pm for a restaurant opposite the Pan Pacific for 7pm to 11pm with extra expenses of CAD $600 I am expecting a refund and an apology from the Pan Pacific, Toronto.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. The hotel is close to all the sightseeing hotspots. This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is comfortable, clean and an oasis of calm in a busy city. Our meals in the restaurant and the Consort bar were sublime, freshly made and with top quality ingredients. The standard of Customer Service is second to none! Every member of staff we encountered, from cleaners, waiters, reception and doormen were friendly, informative and extremely helpful.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable, including swimming pool and gym. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good, eggs, bacon, fruits, jogurt...just vegetables was missing. The location is very near the airport so it was easy and fast to get to Toronto Downtown (shuttle to the airport and then by train). On the other hand there was noise from the planes and the surrounding was nothing special. But this is not critics, we were aware of that, just saying.

Location was great - could walk everywhere in Downtown Toronto, lots of restaurants available in the area, and very accessible coming from the airport (metro station a few meters away). The hotel itself is comfortable, with spacious rooms, clean, with a good size pool and a gym available from early morning to late at night. The bed, although way too soft for me, was actually comfortable.
