We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and they surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room. Such thoughtful gestures made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

We thought Bisha is a normal business/city hotel. We were supprised to find a very comfortable and well designed art hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot with organizing our stay. Tom Pham topped everything. His room-in service made our evening a special one. The chicken was fabulos.

Great city with lots to do, is very walkable and is easy to get around, even in the winter. Enjoyed visiting the CN Tower again after many years. The St Lawrence Market is an exciting and interesting place to shop and eat. There are many fascinating and multi cultural neighbourhoods to walk through and great restaurants everywhere. Little Canada with its many detailed and often amusing minturized versions of Canada is a wonderful place to get to know the country.

We stayed for a week and all the major landmarks were worth a visit. The CN Tower, the aquarium, the Royal Ontario Museum, Casa Loma, Niagara Falls, Hockey Hall of Fame and a Maple Leafs game, but the city itself is quite nondescript. Practically every skyscraper looked the same. There was barely anything to admire architecturally and it seemed to lack any cultural significance. Stop throwing up skyscrapers to compete with New York without any rhyme or reason. Whilst the food was alright, it wasn't much to write home about. The best place for food was certainly at St Lawrence Market, with many different options and of great quality. We're glad we went but a week was enough and we don't think we'd go back. It's like the activities are good but the little bits of life in between are a bit grim. Further exacerbated by frequently encountering the stench of cannabis and the locals being a mixed bag.

Overall a good hotel in downtown Toronto, we stayed 6 days. You can walk almost everywhere from the hotel , which we did. People at the reception were friendly and helpful when we checked in and whenever we had questions. The kitchenette in the room was very handy, everything we needed was there. The gym and the sauna are great. The hotel lobby looks very nice.
