The best location to visit Ottawa...The apartment was very comfortable and with everything you need to have a great stay. They also have free lockers to leave yous stuff in case you need it when arriving early or once checked-out. I highly recommend it !!!

Great central location, room was very comfortable and good sized. About a 10 min walk to Byward Market. Standard breakfast included. The room was very quiet despite the very central location and busy intersection that it's on. They have security on site 24hr due to being right across the street from a homeless shelter

Great location near the main railway station, close to a mall and other shops. Not too close to Downtown but it was an easy uber drive in. Friendly staff, and definitely great value for money. Would certainly stay here again!

We received a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and the gentleman on reception was very helpful making sure we had everything that we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable with little extra details that made it feel extra special. As we had traveled a long way, being able to get a carry out and take to the room to eat was an added benefit. The breakfast was very good with a very good choice. We were sad to leave this fantastic hotel which is in a great location for exploring the beautiful city of Ottawa, an we will definitely be back.

Arc The Hotel is a beautiful well located hotel with friendly staff.

Apart from the great staff, I want to point out that the hotel has the best bed I have ever slept on while traveling around the world. I had an absolutely great sleep every night. Great access to the train station. I walked to the center for about an hour, a beautiful walk along the river.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandman Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Taleb was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is excellent for walking to all attractions. Calm relaxing feel at the hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at Cocotte and the French atmosphere. Very spacious room and bathroom. The supply of 2 water bottles each day was good. Lovely boutique hotel.

Everything, especially the staffs. They were all extremely warm and help full. Room is sparkly clean, location is perfect.

The front desk concierge team provided the best hotel/apartment checkin that I have ever experienced in 30 years of travel. Daniel was exceptional in assisting with to the apartment, providing local tips and information. Every team member was engaged and polite and helpful and are all clearly proud of their hotel. Location is exceptional. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Spotlessly clean. Superb facilities in the facility. Gym, lounge with a view, meeting rooms etc. i cannot recommend this place highly enough.

If you stay at this place, you get a whole spacious apartment! The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a living room and a balcony. What do you want more? It's really close to the city center and all the attractions and sights. There are lots of restaurants, take aways and pubs nearby (the location itself is located in a quiet street). You also have a huge supermarket and a rexall there. I didn't use the gym and pool.

Great rooms with a great view over the river. Comfortable bed. Very good restaurant with decent prices and tasty food.
