Clean, nicely decorated room, with some sort of a Victorian vibe. Comfortable bed, good wifi; balcony - although it's usually cold and snowy outside at this time of the year - was a big plus. The breakfast was up to expectations as well. The gentleman at the reception kindly offered us both a free room upgrade and an early chek-in (although initially we only planned to leave our luggages, as we arrived more than an hour before the check-in time, Canada most likely being one of the countries with the atest check-in hours on the planet), which we much appreciated. The hotel itself - a nice brick-clad building on a rather quiet street - is within walking distance of both the main attractions and an underground train station (very convenient to those who reach the city by means of public transportation). Last but not least, we found some decent restaurants nearby.

De ligging is top, de kamer perfect, zwembad, gym, parking, heerlijk a la carte ontbijt, what more could one ask for.

Upon entering the hotel, we were pleasantly greeted by Yousef and Holy! Yousef was able to provide us with an earlier check-in as we were traveling from far. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep. We would definitely stay here again! We were provided info on alternate parking at City Hall for $4 a day. Thank you!

Location and breakfast are very good

Apart from the great staff, I want to point out that the hotel has the best bed I have ever slept on while traveling around the world. I had an absolutely great sleep every night. Great access to the train station. I walked to the center for about an hour, a beautiful walk along the river.

Staff at reception were immensely helpful Room was wonderful and had such an amazing view The pancakes at breakfast were fantastic and we loved the little egg pancakes.

It was located close to the area we wanted to visit

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was delicious! And the bonus was a nice chat with the staff.

Everything. The bedding was clean and expensive which was soooo comfortable. Our sleeps were so good I didn't think I have jetlag. Locations was a few steps from markets and shopping malls. Soooo good

Very comfy beds, spacious rooms with toiletries and everything we needed for our stay. Although there were set options for breakfast, the staff was able to offer gluten free toast instead of the regular which was great for me as a coeliac. Free parking is included.

I like the laundry room and area

Extremely well laid out and equipped room/apartment and a helpful welcome at the front desk. Super central location right near Parliament Hill.

If you stay at this place, you get a whole spacious apartment! The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a living room and a balcony. What do you want more? It's really close to the city center and all the attractions and sights. There are lots of restaurants, take aways and pubs nearby (the location itself is located in a quiet street). You also have a huge supermarket and a rexall there. I didn't use the gym and pool.

Ottawa Marriott Hotel is a lovely hotel in a great location close to everything.
