The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is excellent. It’s in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, about a 15-minute easy walk to the city centre, which made it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, let's say more than enough for one person. It had everything I needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The best location to visit Ottawa...The apartment was very comfortable and with everything you need to have a great stay. They also have free lockers to leave yous stuff in case you need it when arriving early or once checked-out. I highly recommend it !!!

We received a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and the gentleman on reception was very helpful making sure we had everything that we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable with little extra details that made it feel extra special. As we had traveled a long way, being able to get a carry out and take to the room to eat was an added benefit. The breakfast was very good with a very good choice. We were sad to leave this fantastic hotel which is in a great location for exploring the beautiful city of Ottawa, an we will definitely be back.

The room was big and bright, the bed very comfy and the bathroom well equipped. There is a big kitchen with a coffee machine and coffee is provided. The location is very convenient to reach the city centre. The host was great and very helpful!

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this guest house in downtown Ottawa. From start to finish, everything was seamless and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the incredibly detailed instructions provided, and I felt very safe throughout my stay—the keypad entry system on all doors added an extra layer of security that I really appreciated. Elissa, the host, was outstanding—super communicative, friendly, and clearly dedicated to making guests feel at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming, with other guests also being respectful and pleasant to chat with. The amenities really stood out: the well-equipped kitchen, large walk-in closet, and on-site laundrette made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was clean, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a secure, well-managed, quiet, and comfortable stay in the heart of Ottawa. Room is great and staff are courteous

The front desk concierge team provided the best hotel/apartment checkin that I have ever experienced in 30 years of travel. Daniel was exceptional in assisting with to the apartment, providing local tips and information. Every team member was engaged and polite and helpful and are all clearly proud of their hotel. Location is exceptional. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Spotlessly clean. Superb facilities in the facility. Gym, lounge with a view, meeting rooms etc. i cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The suite was very clean and spacious. Kitchen were well equipped. Breakfast was good the restaurant was not crowded for the two days we stayed. We were able to enjoy breakfast at our own pace.

Beautifully decorated accommodation in idyllic location. Very warm & welcoming hosts. Variety & amount of food provided extremely generous.
