We had a wonderful stay at the Sandman Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Taleb was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The personal was really nice, they offer a free jail tour, the girl that was guiding the tour was so funny and kind, I have a great time there and it was a different plan that was not in my schedule but it worth it! The breakfast was REALLY GOOD they have bagels, tea, coffe, fruits, cream cheese, nutella, milk, oats etc. Also the ubication was good, really close to downtown and canal Rideau

The front desk concierge team provided the best hotel/apartment checkin that I have ever experienced in 30 years of travel. Daniel was exceptional in assisting with to the apartment, providing local tips and information. Every team member was engaged and polite and helpful and are all clearly proud of their hotel. Location is exceptional. Rooms are quiet and spacious. Spotlessly clean. Superb facilities in the facility. Gym, lounge with a view, meeting rooms etc. i cannot recommend this place highly enough.
