BelgiumThe location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

The patio was a perfect place to relax, and the location couldn’t have been better. The delicious vegetarian breakfast the host provided in the morning truly nourished all four of us and made us feel so cared for. Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable experience — we would love to come back

United KingdomThe perfect place for our stay in the heart of downtown Toronto. The view is spectacular! Have probably never stayed in a room with a better view. The condo was very clean, tidy and was ideally located for easy access to the metro. It also overlooked the aquarium and the Rogers Centre. Luckily, we had a view to a baseball game, which was pretty cool. Having parking available with the room is also a big plus. - A delightful place. Would thoroughly recommend.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location in the heart of downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The beds are extremely comfortable.
The pool is fantastic, especially on sunny days, and the lobby is vibrant and interesting.
The valet parking is convenient (it's so pricey though).
Additionally, the guest service is excellent, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay.

We parked across the road in the City Hall underground parking lot. The signage to exit the parking lot was very poor. Luckily, another person happened to be also exiting and showed us the correct doorway / stairwell.
