Excellent location, everything is walking distance. Check-in machines are really useful and make this process fast and easy, same when you checkout. I liked when we stayed they even were offered you with smoothies and desserts in the lobby. Great service. The pool and jacuzzi are really nice and with a great view. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

The Room was really great, Breakfast amazing (try the chef's omelette :-) ). The Queensize bed was so good, the entire suite is very clean and spacious. The Shuttle for the airport is easy. People who work at the hotel is really great and polite. Thank's to them, our stay was perfect.

A must try hostel in Toronto during visit. Everything was awesome. Receptionist are so cooperative. Environment is so friendly. 10/10 for solo travellers.

Nice, young staff working behind the desk. You can leave your baggage there as well. It's a new accommodation, only a 2-minute walk from the tram stop.

We liked everything! The location is unbeatable and the apartment is amazing with everything you need. The staff is so helpful and nice, a special thanks to Sonia who got us checked in and placed in the apartment way before check in time. After our original apartment became unavailable when we landed, it was amazing to find this absolute gem!

We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

Loved it here. Great facilities, feel like you're on holiday. Helpful and friendly staff. I had an outstanding view of the CN tower from my room that I was really pleased with. Very comfy beds and a spacious room.
