Modern and comfortable A short uber ride from old town

We really loved our stay at this hotel. We booked it on the day of our arrival, and the price was very reasonable for such a great place. The location is perfect — right in the city center. When we went up to our floor and entered our room, the view exceeded all our expectations. We had a stunning view over the entire Old Town and the main central street. We were absolutely delighted and felt incredibly lucky to get such a room. It truly made our stay special. The only downside was that the hotel charged the security deposit twice. If we had not checked our account a few days later, we might not have noticed it. However, once we called the hotel, the issue was resolved immediately and the extra charge was refunded right away.

This was a fantastic value, a clean quiet room even though it’s clearly set up for kids, swimming, inflatables, etc. we never heard a thing!

loved the view from the panoramic window at our room of the castle and even saw the fireworks. had dinner one time and the waiter was not attentive .. ended up not ordering the desert because we wanted to make it to the fireworks.. loved it that they noticed our dissapointement and sent us the second day a box of sweets and coupons for cocktails and cheese plater. great to know that you are noticed!

We vacationed with our family. We and two children, aged 8 and 9. We loved everything. The staff was friendly, it was clean, there was a free coffee machine in the lobby, cozy and clean rooms with a mini fridge, hairdryer, kettle, and TV, and there was both surface and underground parking. There was a supermarket and McDonald's nearby, and the city center was 20 minutes away. Everything was very convenient and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

I like the kindness of the Canadians The location of the hotel good and 6 minutes drive from my family . I like the fact that the shops were near by and I took the bus and also walked around the areas. I like their big grapes 🍇. I like the heating system in the hotel room. Very warm.

Comfy beds, quiet rooms, nicely laid out bathroom, the kids adored the pool and the arcade, we had a great family trip to Quebec city and we will definitely come back again in the future.

It is a good place, clean and calm. The room was clean and same like in the picture. Big parking and pleasant stuffs. We took a note about this hotel for next trip to Quebec. We will choice it again.

Staff was very nice and cordial. The room was absolutely neat and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect with number of restaurats near by. Gas stations are close by.

Although it is located in the center of the historical district, it was a hotel where you can enjoy a modern and very pleasant stay. Even though it faces a busy street, you can sleep quietly. It's a few minutes' walk to a wonderful historical heritage.

Everything, location, comfort and facilities

The room was fabulous (roomy and comfortable), and the staff was particularly helpful. The location was perfect for exploring both upper and lower Quebec City.

We stayed November 11-16-2024. The staff were absolutely incredible. They always welcomed you with a smile and a "merci." And yes, the location is simply the best. You are in the hub of the city.. lots to see and do. And the food is like no other.
