Modern and comfortable A short uber ride from old town

We really loved our stay at this hotel. We booked it on the day of our arrival, and the price was very reasonable for such a great place. The location is perfect — right in the city center. When we went up to our floor and entered our room, the view exceeded all our expectations. We had a stunning view over the entire Old Town and the main central street. We were absolutely delighted and felt incredibly lucky to get such a room. It truly made our stay special. The only downside was that the hotel charged the security deposit twice. If we had not checked our account a few days later, we might not have noticed it. However, once we called the hotel, the issue was resolved immediately and the extra charge was refunded right away.

This was a fantastic value, a clean quiet room even though it’s clearly set up for kids, swimming, inflatables, etc. we never heard a thing!

Spacious room with large comfortable bed just a short drive (or bus ride) to the airport. Nipped into Quebec Old Town (2 buses required but straight forward enough) Taxi would obviously get you there quicker but the bus option is far cheaper. Used the RTC Paiement app…$3.75 for 90 minutes or $10.50 for 24 hours.

I like the kindness of the Canadians The location of the hotel good and 6 minutes drive from my family . I like the fact that the shops were near by and I took the bus and also walked around the areas. I like their big grapes 🍇. I like the heating system in the hotel room. Very warm.

nice clean hotel, friendly staff

It was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were so kind. I tried very hard to speak my best Franglish from what I learned in school, They listened and helped me to communicate well. We were greeted at the door by a character in stilts and it was a welcome we will never forget. There was life entertainment at the pool. It was absolutely magical.

Very central Rooms were adequate for short term stay

Great value for money. Lots of free parking. Sizeable hotel. Good big rooms.

loved the view from the panoramic window at our room of the castle and even saw the fireworks. had dinner one time and the waiter was not attentive .. ended up not ordering the desert because we wanted to make it to the fireworks.. loved it that they noticed our dissapointement and sent us the second day a box of sweets and coupons for cocktails and cheese plater. great to know that you are noticed!

One of the best hotels I stayed at. A historic hotel that offers everything. Great facilities, great location, great restaurants, great staff. Exceptional.

Although it is located in the center of the historical district, it was a hotel where you can enjoy a modern and very pleasant stay. Even though it faces a busy street, you can sleep quietly. It's a few minutes' walk to a wonderful historical heritage.

Location, price and close to the parking garage. We booked the room with the private bathroom down the hall. Not sure what to expect but it was more than fine. We were close to everything. Reception lady helpful with the parking and didn’t mind me not speaking a word of French.

Cool that they provide stuff for you to make breakfast, like that the bed went up into the roof and you have space to work if needed good shower

We stayed November 11-16-2024. The staff were absolutely incredible. They always welcomed you with a smile and a "merci." And yes, the location is simply the best. You are in the hub of the city.. lots to see and do. And the food is like no other.
