What a stay, the front of house staff are so customer centric, accommodating our last minute booking, they really made what was a stressful situation easy! We booked two rooms and they were good sized rooms, the 2 double bed room was really spacious. Beds and pillows comfortable. On site parking was easy to get to and is connected underground to the hotel. Location to old Quebec was excellent, 15 minute walk. Gym is well equipped for a Hotel gym.

Location os excellent. The views from the hotel were amazing. Walkable distance to all Quebec attractions. Early checking was possible and the Valet parking was also very convenient and affordable. Staff were excellent

Great atmosphere for children and families

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the best part of the old town. The room was exceptional, the view fantastic and the experience wonderful.

We vacationed with our family. We and two children, aged 8 and 9. We loved everything. The staff was friendly, it was clean, there was a free coffee machine in the lobby, cozy and clean rooms with a mini fridge, hairdryer, kettle, and TV, and there was both surface and underground parking. There was a supermarket and McDonald's nearby, and the city center was 20 minutes away. Everything was very convenient and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms, seamless check in and check out. Breakfast was good and had a good spread.

Staff was very nice and cordial. The room was absolutely neat and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect with number of restaurats near by. Gas stations are close by.

Everything was nice and cool. Big room, cosy, very clean, all you need inside, big fridge, windows for fresh air, so good bed, and sweet personal service, at the kitchen so helpful ladies, and Saint Claire, a wonderfull host for us and very pleasant figure. Bus station in front of hotel, just out and hup in. Recomend heartfullness.

I chose breakfast included and it was very nice and the location near the bus stop for buses coming from the airport and the people was very friendly and some of them speak Spanish very well.

Brand new everything, extremely clean, good size room and bathroom, no carpet, friendly staff at reception, close to Quebec City, good value for money.

Its pretty close to old quebec and Montmorency falls. Rooms are very nice and clean. Pretty reasonable too

Perfect spot outside Montreal. Right next to the train station, not that you’d know. Lovely staff in the restaurant, had yummy meals there both nights. Comfy, spacious room. Easy to park and things around the hotel when you drove behind the hotel.

Cleqn and close to centre bell

It was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were so kind. I tried very hard to speak my best Franglish from what I learned in school, They listened and helped me to communicate well. We were greeted at the door by a character in stilts and it was a welcome we will never forget. There was life entertainment at the pool. It was absolutely magical.
