Quietest hotel I have stayed in.

Supplied what we needed - close to the airport, clean, comfortable

Top location near airport! Good beds, silence and friendly staff.

They are very considerate. I need to rebook our booking due to problem in Philippine immigration short noticed and they approved and adjust it. Thanks a lot to them.

Excellent staff, very friendly!

Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast, comfortable and clean.

Room very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed in Novotel before in Europe & have found them to be good value but nothing above ordinary. This Novotel in Montreal was exceptional. Very welcoming staff and nicely furnished & decorated reception area. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The location was perfect as it was close to the P.E Trudeau airport.

I had a long and tiring trip with my little daughter. Katherine the lady at the reception welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary support to settle in. She gave us a room that overlooked the road. My daughter enjoyed looking at the passing vehicles and the snow. It isnt our first time at Residence Inn Marriot but its the first time being welcomed in a friendly and warmly way on arrival. Thanks Katherine!!!! You made our stay at Residence Inn this time a nicer one. The room was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The room had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the free shuttle from and to the airport and liked the distance away from the busy airport. Residence Inn always met our expectation. The renovation also added more comfort to our stay this time.

The hotel is spotless and the staff so friendly and helpful took time to say hello even after check in. Isabella lovely lady talked to me even though she was having lunch. Avo in the restaurant a real nice gentleman nothing was to much trouble for anyone the way hotels should be. Sadly not all are

Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast! Very comfortable, spatious room.

Great welcome, freshly baked cookies, clean room

Flexibility of staff Location Breakfast

Room was great, we had 5 adults, plenty of room for what we needed. Breakfast was also great, the staff was visible at all times and kept everything stocked up.

Everything was spot on. Breakfast hot and fresh, entire hotel clean, room size great. The pool/hot tub and gym areas were also kept neat and clean.

Cleanliness and size of the room. Facilities in the room.

Friendly environment and staff.

Best experience for work travel ever. Front reception Mykala and Sandy went over and above for me. Ensuring my shuttle arrived on time and helping me get a great cup of coffee before I headed home. Their English was refreshing and for the first time in all my years of travel, I had a great conversation during check out. I promise I will be back because of them!

We loved the premises, the staff, and the breakfast.

Professional staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable room, wonderful breakfast
